Nice, I was there in Pattaya in May . Id Love to Live there. I'm from USA and want to move there in 2025. Id like to talk to you about that. Maybe you can help me ? Ty
Thanks for your comment, yes it's quite underrated and I think people don't realise there is more to it than its reputation. Happy to help where I can. Appreciate your support.
Thailand condo law is less than 30 days it must have a hotel license, NOT less then 90 days. There is no way that apartment is 46 square meters, I'm in one that size and it is 30 square meters!
Thanks for the clarification on that. I agree about the size, I got the information from their website although it did feel a lot smaller than their claims, now I know I was right, cheers for that. I appreciate your comment and support.
It’s officially illegal to stay in a condo for less than 1 month. Some people have not been given access to the condo even though they’ve paid for it, for short stays. But hey this is Thailand, just be warned
Yes you are correct but as you know people try to get around everything. Unlucky (and unfair) for people who don't know and book in good faith. It is why I made a point of it, I don't want people to get caught out by this. Thanks for your comment and support, much appreciated.
I agree but it seems a lot of the new builds are now extremely small and extremely expensive comparative to others. Obviously still cheap by European standards but I would definitely say not great value for money. There are many great condos in Thailand at much more competitive prices. Stay tuned we will endeavour to review more in the future.
Nice view .
Thanks for your comment
Yes thanks I appreciate your time and hope to communicate with you more
Any time

Thanks James, it's a great spot to be at. Thanks for the support, much appreciated.
I think the smallest condos there are 29 square meters or 312 square feet.
Wow that really is tiny, I suspect that's what I think we had to be honest.

Sardines have more room in a tin.
Hahahaha, yes you could say that, it's fine for a brief visit but very small to actually live there. Having said that, it would suit some.
@@PumpuyiPresents note ideal for fb's ( fat bastards) like me.
