Imma be real with you Theo all of these systems were already in TC2 with rerolling affixes and min-maxing the values, we been through this grind already, which is why hopefully like in TC2, Ivory Tower gives us full sets of parts for certain specs like they did in TC2 summits, for example IIRC one of the first full part sets they gave us in TC2 was full Pure/Extra Pump set for Street Race cars.
The good thing is like in TC2, once you have a perfect drift set or street race set etc., you're pretty much good for the rest of the game, just have to switch those parts around when changing cars, unless they release part sets with higher values than normal like in TC2.
Better or more multiplayer modes would help a ton. Grand races only do so much. I don’t care for any of the other events, monster trucks etc…

What i hate about Motorfest is how rough it is to get Legendaries.. I don't want to spend 30 hours per discipline for the parts I need.. I kind of feel like not even playing tbh.. All the sweaties done got all their Nitro chemist and point breaker sets already because this is legitimately all they do every day. I like to play other games, and in fact am more invested in another at the moment than i want to be in this game, my own fault i guess, but the RNG on legendary parts just sucks...
I beat the playlist and kind of left it there. I totally agree, the grind fest for the parts you actually need is crazy. Main issue I’m having now is sorting through all the crap parts and the poster inbox. There’s just a lot of unnecessary things in place, that could be changed or reduced to make the game play at least tolerable.

@@DepresjaToFikcja Grinding kiss me kombi for hours to get the set that you need is absolutely dogshit, not only are the gold parts a lot more rare than they were in TC2, you also can't reroll the set affix which is dumb as hell. I don't mind grinding for a set, I really don't, but I don't want to spend 6 or so hours on getting the set that I need, that is a grind for the sake of a grind. If the gold parts were less rare like they are in TC2 I wouldn't mind the grind, like you rarely get gold parts if you have 34% gold finger and 170% lucky affixes (with additional percentage points thru legend points as well btw) which is beyond stupid.
Online races should be seperated by certain categories like Drift, make players ghosted so they can compete for the highest points in the drift tracks that they have made. Same goes for Rally, Rally Raid, Street 1 and 2 😊
Loving the game so far but we need an overhaul update…This game is borderline perfect!

Chrome only finish is literally the most annoying thing about the game..plus not having the option to modify the car stance..
Not sure if you’ve tried it yet but the wheel support for this game is amazing
Motorfest needs longer races for with bigger cash prizes
Basically they need crew 2 type races
Grand races are a thing
7 yellow parts / set ......... 6 different sets (XP magnet - Legend - Rich / Bucks Magnet - Legend - Rich / Nitro Chemist - Pure - Extra Pump / Loot Digger - Lucky - Goldfinger / Score Breaker - Skilled - xxx / Treasure Sniffer - Collector - Treasure Hunter)........ That's 42 unique parts per discipline.........14 disciplines in the game : Total of 588 unique gold parts to get all sets together. On average you can do one discipline in a 5-6 h session (to get all gold sets on a vehicle). So, it's gonna take you 2 weeks to get them all....... All thanks to Fergus, who doesn't want to give us a shop where we can just buy the damn things and play the game how we want it....... But, you make it sound like this is new, we have been dealing with this shit for 5 years in The Crew 2 already, where it was exactly the same. And of course, then you have also the specific parts : DF : Slippery 14 which gives x98 extra mulitplier on car (max mp is x188 btw) and things like Plane with pure-gateway on nitroset.......so it doesn't even stop at 588 gold parts, sometimes you need different nitrosets on one discipline.
I dont really mind about the grind and sweat, because i know its for a good reason, being rewarded with exclusive cars that may not come out again
Needs a bigger map, I loved driving down highways with friends. The only highway in motorfest is to short.
I personally like it if was applied with the campaign and solo targets where it's impossible or extreme difficulty until you get certain % rather than going against people in time limited event.
Needs to be people within your car scaling regardless of placement in story
I like the drift races, honestly. I mean, when I'm trying to get the highest score possible in the summit and I keep sliding off track and ruining my time and having to restart, it's annoying. But, aside from the summit they're not bad. The grand races that start in drift cars are ridiculous though lol.
My biggest issue on the thing is META cars. You might’ve grinded the best parts or picked a car you like, but to get top ranking you have to just pick what everyone else is using. :/

Crew was sweaty like this too and its fine because it is the summit. Rewards are same vehicle but with different look or some different cosmetics for the grinders. Its perfectly fine.

was the meta hyper car for years until it was replaced and if you werent the few thousand people who got it, you had a pretty substantial disadvantage
@@PrincessSoci I don't mate, i hated the summit back then because i couldn't get to plat with random parts and with random cars. After grinding the required gold parts, im getting all the plats.

If it's one thing I hate, it's how it loads & at some times it tends to kick me off, so there's that...
I just can’t believe that in 2023 we still don’t have the option to put a convertible top up and down while in the car.. and we can’t actually make the exhausts sound any louder or modded. Only copy and paste other car sounds into it. Seriously wtf. That’s all I ever want in a racing game.

Saw that coming.... I don't mind the grind but I hate when it's forced upon us in order to compete..... that drifting BS and x2 feat score BS is pissing me off

Main thing i hate about games like this is that you have to play and grind every day to make sure you don’t miss out on stuff
Same thats why i stopped playing and the upgrade system is shockingly bad. Driving mechanics no way near as good as fh5
I like the sweat because it happens after you already have a very good car unlike another game which forces you to sweat in a slow car to upgrade it. It's like The Division 2 where you can always get more powerful playing through the game normally and then you get to a point where you find something that feels broken but is entirely within the game design and makes you absurdly powerful. Another game that follows this sweat grind but wouldn't be for the BlackPanthaa audience would be Nikke.

Yes, instead of the game you give options to buy performance pieces, (like any other game) it puts these damn cards that depend on luck and make you sweat to get them. Never got a summit car
That point system was in TC2 so its nothing new to me. In TC2 you'd have to get to Icon level to unlock the trees and then you would get one point for each level. In motorfest the skill tree is unlocked from the get go and you get points by doing doing summit stuff, challenges ect.
So again, this RPG point system is what we had for years. My RX-7 at one point had a multiplier of one hundred and fifteen and probably more than that.
Mabye I´m getting old, but I had a lot of fun determining what you mean by "sweaty" from the context of this video 😅

I feel like we need a competitive ranked system in the game like crew 1 and 2
If this Crew is like any other Crew game... you won't get anywhere near the top scores until you have like full legendary upgrades and matching sets...
It is I hate it, I have other things to do then grind hours a day for days on end, leading into weeks, no thanks

i think this is a great idea. as long as wen playing online races, nobody can have any benefit. it must just reset to 0 for everyone.
Grand races for me are one of the most replayable parts of this game, but I wish it wasn’t so dirty
Ngl I just play chill Motorfest and don’t really do online stuff, I just play races and buy cars, but the one major critique I have is that even with the Bucks Affix maxed, bucks are super hard to come by

It like you gotta tune your drift car away from drift to do most of the events, it defeats the purpose of drifting to tune for grip to win
for the thing ab the drift event with an opponent, that's a real thing called a touge, i love it and i find it pretty sick, you js have to be good at it.

I hate to be this guy but the 1 v 1 drift races ARE what touge racing is. The 24 player multiplayer ones are absolutely ridiculous BUT the 1 v 1 races are 100% valid.
As someone who already thought fm5 missed the mark I don't think I'd ever enjoy even a single minute of this game.

One thing I wish they had, and for the future are name brand manufacturers!! That needs to be an update!! Unless I’m missing something. The payouts are much better than NFS Unbound by far though
I have a great idea in my opinion . Why don't they make 'Drift Races' like what NFS 2015 did?! Actually make the races point based! It would be more enjoyable instead of infuriating. 🤷🏾♂️ just food for thought!
They should add or should have added the option to re-roll the set bonuses on legendary parts, that way we can get our full sets faster. Just have the option to re-roll for like $5000 bucks and 500 spare parts or something. Heck I'd even pay $10,000 bucks and 1000 spare parts per re-roll and since there's only 6 different set bonuses it wouldn't be that bad I don't think.
To make it more grip go to driver n use legend points
Drift Races are great...IF you understand what they are. I hated it untill i tuned a 370z in PRO settings to have enough grip round corners but to also slide at low speeds. DOMINATING online with your invention is like a coke addiction
i pre-ordered every crew game until motorfest. Until its on steam i wont be wasting my money.

I hated it in The Crew 2 and I refuse to repeat the experience in Motorfest. The Skill breaker has to be the most scuffed thing in existence. If you are a great driver you get jack but if you got a full set plus all the prefixes you don't even need to try, shit is unplayable

But yeah, I've finished platinum in almost each summit and I can confirm: It is sweaty and not in a good way...
I tried the free trial for Crew 2 and when it comes to using a wheel it sucks, there is hardly any force feedback, and I had to turn it up all the way, but it's still weak. The new Forza Motorsport has better wheel settings and force feedback.

So the stuff from crew 2 skill point wise and affixes has transferred I agree it can make the game a bit too sweaty
But also.... The graphics are outdated, we're locked to a maximum of 60fps, there are no reflections AT ALL in mirrors, the drifting physics are awful and we still can't change the ride height on cars in a racing game released in 2023...
What im most hating is that we still can't have colored wheels only chrome

I Got the crew motorfest last week. I’m doing first summit and i love it but feel like summit is little too hard for starting players or casual players. I think motorfest need rebalancing of summit. I hope get my words out right

I installed the demo for this game and it fucked up my whole computer. I had to delete every epic, ea and Ubisoft app after that to get all my other stuff back to normal. It was blocking other games from starting my GPU. I mean WTF. 😂
Tbh I only like motorfest for the newer cars and that it has like the Supra, other than that I just think crew 2 is much more enjoyable and I still play it a lot more

People are praising the wheel support but as a Beamng player I really don’t see the hype. The steering is so unresponsive and unpredictable. I just gotta get used to it tho cause every Crew game has had unresponsive steering.

Well here’s the thing people wanted these features for so long so they received and no one likes it, next crew comes out without those previous features and everyone gets mad and whenever people make content out of it they complain than that spreads so more people hate it
I dont mind the Stats system. It's the same from crew 2 it's good. But I have been playing for weeks and have no idea what the hell I'm even supposed to be doing in this game. Is it really just those few Playlists that you can't even use your own cars? Because those are lame
