From 0:50 to 1:00, we see a very basic superstructure conception, with beams outside the envelope ; that gives a very cheap look, like an emergency program to compensate for recent losses… It's also a perfect "nest for rust", I mean lots of angles and nooks to retain salty water, hence the rust. Why such a negligent design ?
