That roof, after the concrete you put everywhere between tiles, plus the sealer, which I would have just used highest quality outdoor paint, will last centuries with a slight inspection and little fix after so many years. Roofers in general are beyond retarrded, and fail to understand that the best way to roof is to seal the roof, not to weep holing, useless underlayment or under draining anything. Also by adding the concrete you made your roof 200 mph wind resistant.

Hello, the roof was installed in 1989 when the house was built. I would reapply for my house ten years from now. when I coated my house I applied 2 coats to be sure of coverage, the roof held up great with no damage from Hurricane Ian Thank God Thank you for watching God bless and be Safe.
Hello, I wouldn't use in standing water but on a slope roof where the water runs off is fine check with Home Depot for a product that can help you.God bless and be safe.
Hello in my case I just rolled the Lanco Sealant on I put 2 coats On but I had minimal crack if you have big ones try some other sealant or ask a HomeDepot associate to help you find the perfect solution God bless be Safe.

Is this water soluable? If so you can't use it on areas of possible standing water..
