Doesn't answer the question: my light is staying on even after filling to proper pressure. There's supposed to be button. I don't know if I've found it, and the one I press doesn't work.
Joe, If please watch this video, and I will reference in the description of the video for the future. Best of luck. Let me know if you still have issues. th-cam.com/video/qetq0lmaVnY/w-d-xo.html
Michael, the is no reset button on the Prius, is your light flashing or solid? If solid just a air as described in the video, and drive a few miles if necessary. If flashing, check my other videos in the description box. Best of luck.
@@RANDOMFIX Yes, there is a reset switch. It's a button under the steering wheel column before you reach the pedals. After inflating your tires to the appropriate pressure, you have to press and hold that button in until the warning light blinks 3 times. This resets your tire pressure warning system.
Hi, there is no reset button, just inflate the tires to correct pressure as indicated on your driver side door jam (solid light), if you tpms light is flashing then check link the description of the video. _Randomfix
If your light is solid, you did air as specified on the door jam. If you light is blinking you have tpms system issue. You can try resetting it but it may just pop up again. The batteries in the tires only last between 7 to 10 years. Also the there is receiver for the actual sensors that can go bad.
Yui, if you light was "solid": then this was the fix for you tpms, if you like is flashing then check the link in the video description on how to fix that. Best of luck, _RandomFix
@@RANDOMFIX Its not helpful at all and misleading. And you dont know what youre talking about. There is a reset button is next to the obd port above the brake pedal. Its. black and hard to see.
Thank you for the harsh criticism! What did you not understand? I think I may have a better explanation in this video th-cam.com/video/qetq0lmaVnY/w-d-xo.html
