When Laura is talking about how this is the most difficult decision she's ever made in her whole life, the tears seem real. Makes me wonder if she wasn't thinking of the fact that she was leaving GH that brought on the tears.
In the moment, I don't think the leaving would make her cry. She was angry and hurt being thought of so callously. She turned cold right after she heard what GM said about her. I can believe she would be crying because she would miss many of her fellow castmates, including Denise Alexander. I don't how much she would have missed Tony, but she is a professional and would stay true to the character.
I just adore Laura's declaration of her love for Luke here. In front of these people, she states clearly and beautifully how much she loves Luke. After all the torment he went through for years with his love unrequited to have this passionate admission by Laura in public. It's really a wonderful thing to see as we suffered right along with Luke! I think it's even better than the marriage vows ❤❤❤❤

Chesapeake Bay Having been a teen during the seventies, I will tell you that I have always loved the decor of the Webber living room and kitchen:)) There is something so warm and inviting about it... We never had wallpaper with flowers but I did have an orange sort of semi shag rug in my bedroom at age 14, lol....
Kelly's was the best!!! My favorite time is when Aunt Ruby ran it....and that scene in 83' when Lucky meets Aunt Ruby for the first time....one of my top ten. Kelly's was always the heart of Pt. Chuck.
When Luke says that Scotty could come in and ruin his life, I couldn't help but think of the irony that Scottie thinks Luke ruined his life... But I still wanted Luke and Laura to be together even though I was originally enamored of the early (notice I said early, lol) Laura and Scotty days....
And all Laura had to do was stay in Mexico a few more days and bring back the papers herself. I loved the whole LnL story, but sometimes the writing was so frustrating!

Luke gained everyone's respect cause he acted Iike a man and had courage. Scott is a little punk who ran and didn't man up to face Laura and really confront the damn issue. fact is Laura out grew Scott and she was stuck until opportunity came and found out who she was a person. not just Scott's little woman but I do agree. Luke ruined Scott's life not the other way around. I can't stand Scott and never will but when you right your right.
