RE: Eddie Van Halen -- I admit it; I was never a fan of his music. But I do know that when he and the band covered "Ice Cream Man" by Chicago bluesman John Brim, he made sure that Brim received every penny that was due him for having written that song. I knew John, and I knew his wife, Grace -- on the money they received, they were able to retire (they had run a dry cleaners), and John opened a club where he booked a lot of his old friends. I had some very memorable moments there.
Those royalties helped him and Grace live a comfortable, well-deserved retirement.
RIP to a good man man with heart and integrity.

He is definitely not better . I recovered in May I am still having issues with my health. And I never got any lung damage never went to hospital I had mild to moderate symptoms. Also I don’t believe he has it or he is experiencing the first subtle symptoms then it will hit bad. This virus hits fast and hard . Then lingers .

Long term disability is additional to that 3%, somewhere between 5% of all & 75% of all hospitalised patients are still showing long term disability with no sign of improvement - and not even evidence they can't catch it again & end up even sicker with the second infection after all of that!

@@xxx.118 Check the death stats. We have vaccinations and immunity to flu varieties via related diseases. Also, flu does not make blood clotting damage so many parts of the body. Long-term disabilities are turning up in all nations, from glaucoma to diabetes to heart damage to brain damage. Death rate of cases is not the full story - it is death numbers possible from the number of vulnerable people, and disability numbers from the unexpected ACE-4 attack.

@@victorhausauer3018 The are things I mentioned are turning up in previously healthy people who had the coronavirus, some who did not need hospital care. The doctors report these cases, like the cases children with Kawasaki-like problems, are coming up far more often that would be expected in the general populatiion and are associated with tested or probable COVID-19 (because many countries were and are poor at testing, symptomatic and known contact diagnosis is accepted.) Given the prevalence of sugar usage, blaming these cases on sugar would be like blaming criminal behaviour on sugar. Yes, criminals eat sugary food...
