El Dragón Jr is a reference to the playable character from Battleborn known as El Dragón. He was so much fun to play as.
High end hero but one my favs and also according to Gearbox the highest damage in Battleborn.
He is a reference to the mexican wrestler El Dragon... his finishing move is called "suelta el dragon" which means unleash the dragon... pretty cool.
Mained him, was pleasantly surprised to see this enemy

The band of citerac thing is a reference to the juggernaut of X-men hence the mob is called unstoppable. Just geeked out over that.
On top of that the Red Text is a reference to one of the movies with Juggernauts line.
A couple of different things you may have missed in this video:
-Road Dog not only has Road Hog's hook melee, but also has the flask that he can drink from to heal after taking some damage, just like the hero in Overwatch
-The Hive rocket launcher also now can spawn with 1 of 2 elements. Those being the normal Corrosive variant, and also a new Radiation variant
Hum, to correct. Wick is actually a female. It may be weird but its the truth. It can be easily cleared from seeing Wick's body shape and wearing a female top.
Maxitrillion is a reference to the murderbot “Maximillion” in the movie “The Black Hole” which makes sense that the gun has a singularity effect.
The robot looks nearly identical along with the fan blades that kill you.

Unstoppable is a reference to juggernaut from marvels x-men he is imbued with the power of sitorak so even his drop is a reference to juggernaut

Juggernaut for sure. Sitorak reference to Cyttorak from whom have Juggernaut his powers. Also Juggenaut is called unstopable, once he get momentum, nothing cant stop him. And last thing .... red text at shield is "biiiiiitchhhh..." and that is juggernauts main slogan = " Im Juggernaut biiiiiiitchhh..."
@@intox43 That's not Juggernaut's main slogan. It's an internet meme where a guy dubbed over an X-Men cartoon. Definitely funny, but not from the actual comics. Agree it's what Gearbox is referencing though.

The el dragon artifact is godly for an amara melee build. You punch once and move to the next target while the last one burns to death since the burn damage scales with your melee damage.

the Pheberts' special feature is that it is basically hit scan, the projectile speed is that high. Makes it fun to snipe with & useful for flying enemies

The Hive is my fave launcher. It is so good. Even on mayhem 3 where the rest I have tried have been junk. One round (4 shots I believe) will take down an Anointed and 3 or 4 cronies

@@B.T.J Yeah, and JunkRatch could have dropped a COV Launcher that fires exploding tire projectiles that follow your aim similar to the Freeman but ground-based and could be manually detonated by either clicking again or ADS after firing.
The very first time I saw her, I was going through the Splinterlands for the first time and she dropped the hive my very first time killing her.

Anything can drop the arctic night hawkin, its a world drop. Demoskaghgon doesn't seem to have a unique drop

The Unstoppable is an Easter Egg to Colossus from X-Men who drops the Sitorak band, and that is an Easter Egg as Colossus gets his powers from his helmet which gets it's powers from Cytorak

Unleash the dragon artifact‘ s special effect is that the DoT from igniting the enemy is based on your melee power. Extremely powerful on amara - can tick for 100k plus with the right setup
I'm pretty sure that Dinklebot actually is guaranteed to drop a Loot-o-gram, which is also a reference to Destiny's Anagrams if I'm not mistaken.

I dont know if its intentional, but the red text on the Redline might also be a reference to Roadhogs weapon, which carries four rounds baseline. So, a quarter mag, one shot is one quarter. One shot at a time.

Dinklebot always drops the loot o gram, so farm him on play through 1 normal mode. Unsure if handing the loot o grams is affected by mayhem modes. But doing it this way saves a ton of ammo, headache, and time
@TwoDynamic There is a named Technical (called Skagzilla) that spawns on Pandora near the nav-chip/ Mincemeat places. Not sure if it gives you anything for killing it or scanning it.

the gun Redline may be a reference to Redline which is a animated racing movie. It would make sense to put a FaF quote as the flavor text just because of the racing tie.
El Dragon is a reference to the hero of the same name from Battleborn (also made by Gearbox or Epic or something).
The character models are also very similar.
Battleborn is made by Gearbox and it is a PVE and PVP game. I recommend you all give it a try.
The unstoppable is a reference to the x mens juggernaut. The bands of siturak is something doc strange uses and it's a power that come from a primeval deity in the lore

In Lectra City, if you turn left on your way to farm Urist McEnforcer, you’ll run into a room with switches with a hall to some tvs and a door, turn all the tvs on and One Punch will come out of the door, One punch has a chance of dropping a awesome shotgun called the One Pump Chump

Use the hive with Zane's two shot skill. I shoot 4 of these hive balls a clip when it's active. Just cleans up.
Band of sitarak is a reference to the marvel character citerak and one of his abilities that doctor strange uses the crimson bands of citerak
The Band of Sitorak is a play on the Juggernaut character from Marvel. Cytorak gave the juggernaut his powers It is also A spell Doctor Strange casts called the Crimson Bands Of Cytorak. In case anybody was wondering since most Legendary items are a pop culture reference.
I got a lvl 4 night Hawkins and it steamrolls things at lvl 14 and 15 still. Im lvl 17 now and its starting to drop off in usefullness but still a super badass weapon

The Band of Sitorak is a reference to Marvel Comics, specifically to Doctor Strange who frequently casts a spell called “the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak.” The mystical entity Cyttorak is also the source of Juggernaut’s super powers.
The flavor text which idk why they put the two together is key and Peele unless I missed something in a movie
the crossbow is a returning legendary from 2, in the last game you could get it from badass creepers in a secret location in the caustic caverns, back then it was a minecraft reference. It looks very different but the original had the same shot arc and was also from hyperion.

The demoskagon drops the nighthawkin as a reference to the town that stranger things takes place in its perk is called "stranger than things" it is strange it changes depending on the time of day one perk is fire damage on top of the cryo damage it comes with the second perk is ×3 damage

@@thrycemin You realize the Juggernaut calls himself unstoppable and his power is to be unstoppable once he gains momentum. The enemy is literally called unstoppable. Also the Juggernaut is powered by the Crimson Gem of Cyttorak, which is blatantly what the artifact Band of Syttorak is named after.

There not really rare, just not a guaranteed spawn, I'd say about 50/50
