I just purchased one but my question is when you open up the machine to insert a coffee pod there is a plastic cup in there. Do that stay there or do you remove it?

@@itsjjslife the Vertuo Plus is easy to open and close ,just gentle touch up and down and it will automatically done open and closing ,,, and soon will more buying pods ,,,lol
I personally like it because it's convenient + less expensive than going to a coffee shop every day, but the machine can be a little tough to close at times + the price of capsules can add up when you're buying multiple sleeves at once. What I'm trying to say is... It will depend on the person! 😊

Yes, not descaling your machine will eventually kill it

Hi there! In my experience, the temperature of the coffee isn’t as hot as the coffee you would get from a coffee shop. Hope that helps!
Does the noise of the machine bother you, by chance? It sounds like a vacuum and my dog will probably flip! 🤣🤣 Either way, I'd still buy one.
it is loud, but I tolerate it because I like my daily Nespresso!! 😂 thankfully, my dog doesn’t mind the sound!
