Hi Rhonie, this is wonderful, but can you tell me how is safe is it around there doing the night and day, I plan on moving to Union NJ in the near future and Vermella is one of the places I want to see. The other is the Avalon, can you please let me know. Thank you and stay bless

Union is super safe…I have never experienced anything crazy happening while I was there. Would not recommend the Avalon. Walls are thin you could hear everything.

Lovely place! How is parking in this apartment complex? Especially for visitors?

There are visitor spots and a few visitor parking passes for the garage. But most people park in the shopping lot across the street

I'm reading the move in rules and do you really have to provide them with a $500 check during move in? I just have a couch coming from the furniturestore so is that considered a self move?

Yes…they hold it to ensure no damages during your move. Or use a moving company that can provide documentation of insurance
