This is nothing new in Alberta. It's the drivers that don't adjust their driving habits and speeds. Snow & ice are slippery, but it's normal in winter. Don't blame climate change. Unless you think paying more taxes will change the weather?
They're calling it "climate change" because it's also snowing in areas that don't get snow. Unless you keep up with the weather in every part of the earth on a daily basis, you wouldn't even begin to understand. All I'm gonna say is IT'S OVER 😂😅 there's much more than a little snow going on.
Here’s a tip.. if you don’t know how to drive on snow and ice.. don’t! And don’t take Deerfoot!! So many people are in the passing lane’s doing 40km under the speed limit even when roads are dry! It’s a hazard
It is a pretty simple concept - slow the hell down if you cannot see! Posted speed limits (that most people ignore) are for ideal driving conditions: clear and dry. Don't assume defensive driving is everyone else's responsibility; it's up to you!
I took defensive driving in Saskatchewan when I learned how to drive.. and never used snow tires and had zero accidents.. all season tires/all weather tires are sufficient. Slow down and drive safe distance behind vehicles.. Be safe.
@@donwest5387 they aren’t all from Alberta.. or Canada.. they don’t all follow the rules of our roads or even yield to emergency vehicles.. but we’re supposed to be ok with that.. honest stats would prove it
Yup! saw the shit show outta my windshield too, and all I can say is WOW😵You've got 4 wheelers that are foreigners that can't drive worth a shit! in good conditions and still hav'nt figured out how to drive on snow and ice after living here 6 yrs. We got the young driving nascar style to get in line at the drive through Tim's who probably have taken a coarse from dad with bad driving habits, but hey!! give'm there DL's anyway it's all about the $$$$ for ins. company's. More crashes and higher rates means more profit but oh my god help them if they gotta make a payout when ur not at fault, greed knows no bounds !!😢
Why is that one woman sliding down the road with her door open talking on her cell phone with her leg outside the car? So lucky she didn't lose her leg.
Teach people how to drive in winter conditions....have snow tires...chains for tires....survival items in trunck...,shovel..,tow cable, booster cables, etc...and how to survive in winter...
Because these Morons SHOULDN'T be out on the roads if they aren't prepared for it. I grew up in Michigan, never had a problem......spent 22yrs OTR refrigerated trucking, had no issues in snow storms myself, the Retards who should have stayed home were the problem!!

Duh, I'm originally from Michigan, know what you mean, nothing will help those with their Heads Firmly inserted into their Stern Orfices.

Well said! Too many new calgarians ignore the fact that they need winter tires.
@@JoanneBeal1 Idiot! Been snowing in Canada for hundreds of yrs!
They are paying for weather manipulation using your own taxes.
Stop giving people that can’t drive drivers licenses!!!

share the road
@ ya.. tell that to the emergency vehicles they don’t even yield for! GFC
This isn’t even a lot of snow, people just need to learn to drive

Its all these new comers that dont know how to drive in our conditions.

Good luck dealing with your insurance company !😂
Overall, the insurance just keeps going up because of some of this.
Don’t drive if you never experienced icy roads ……park your car period 🤦♂️
The vast amount of accidents are caused by speed. The wrong speed for the conditions.
Edmonton seems not that bad
Everything is worst in Alberta thats comming from Alberta hehhe
Slow down the progress of civilization because humans can't even cope with the snow that appears every year.
😂😂😂 absolutely hilarious luv it
@myhounddog Thank you very much Laura. Always at your service. Best regards❤️🖐️
As well when you buy that 30,000 car make sure they give the option of a light switch.?TURN THEM ON!!!!!!!!
You'd think they know how to drive in the snow in Alberta
Ever been in traffic in Calcutta? It’s not for the faint of heart-and that’s on DRY roads.
Immigrants maybe.

Just buy a license test with a translator and drivers test taught by people that can't drive either these days.

C'est malheureux que quelqu'un est mort, très triste ! Condoléances à sa famille ❤️
Winter tires only , not all season
Bingo
In Polish language season means all season. In English all season = summer season.
@ kurva season
I have all weather/all season tires and drive just fine.. accident free...people need to learn how to drive on snow and ice.. that is the problem..
Why is that one woman sliding down the road with her door open talking on her cell phone with her leg outside the car? So lucky she didn't lose her leg.
Because she isn't bright at all.....
Loads of new immigrunts never driven on ice.
Could have left off 'on ice'.
loads of immigrants do not have money for cars..
Some of the videos seemed to be generic and not from Alberta. Look at the car plates.
We have lots of plates here from across Canada and then some.
Typical Alberta weather, nothing unusual far as I can see!
this is the worst I have ever seen here.. yesterday, I cleaned snow outside my home every 3 hours.. by hand.. and it was still snowing..
Wow beautiful snow! Joy and praise God!
I asked God to stop it.. thank you.. had enough cold and ice..

What a terrible report. 37000 views and 279 likes seems on par
I had to shut the chatter off.. it was distracting...
Why isn't the road closed till it is cleared? Cost of injuries and wrecked cars and trucks vs a relatively small wait.....
Because these Morons SHOULDN'T be out on the roads if they aren't prepared for it.

Seriously just learn to drive, you can’t close all the roads because of a little snow.
I saw Texas shut down when it snowed in 2006.. I was the only one driving in Dallas.. in Alberta we drive.. people have jobs and need food.. etc..
When the weather gets that bad it is time to stay home, only drive when necessary.
