Thank you for making a complicated dish seem quite doable really. I'm going to get me some tamarind. Ketchup, no, yuk. Hey where'd you get those great spatulas? Love them all.
I have your book but I most love cooking after seeing you and your Mom cook together! Can't wait to try it tomorrow and I have a nappa cabbage in the fridge that has been waiting for an idea
I made this from your book for my birthday dinner and it’s a new favorite! I had mine on a bed of fresh cabbage. So good! Those who don’t like cabbage didn’t even notice it in the stir fry and that’s a win in my book. ;) I have a peanut allergy & appreciate that they’re optional. The dish doesn’t need them - fantastic without.
This is lovely! The pad thais that I've had traditionally dont have much veggies at all just chives, egg, noodles and much beans. Very oily to stop the noodles from sticking.
I am going to try this today. I'm going to use Japanese sweet potato noodles because I got hooked on them after eating at Bibibop! This recipe looks much easier after watching you make it in real time.
This sounds delicious.....although I can't eat peppers or tofu, so I would need to find some substitutes. I still need to get the book. MY problem is I have to many books and not enough time
Watched this show only a few times and enjoyed it. Who can effort Caraway pans. This pan they use is over 200 dollars……most viewers are not in the market for these prices!
Tamarind looks like a giant bean pod, I don’t think you use the bean part, only the pod part which you scrape the thick sweet inner lining of the pod out and use that.
Dr Trader gave us a recipe " I Can't Believe It's Not Soy Sauce"" on Chef AJ bout yr ago. He said crush shell, Remove seeds & use rest. Plan to make this recipe since I can't eat soy sauce. Bless you all from grandma Katie in Oregon
Come on now - Please do not tell me that has never happened to you when you do dishes after cooking a meal from scratch. To me it is the sign of a true home cook!
Wow, so none of the plant strong peanut sauce and no cilantro? Not even a tablespoon of peanut or almond butter? Kinda just barely Pad Thai without peanut sauce.
This is one of my FAVORITE recipes from your book. We make it regularly and share it with many people, who also love it :)
I love the genuineness of this video. So REAL.
I love to watch you ladies and such a beautiful relationship ❤

That looks absolutely delicious!
Pd thai really is a gorgeous dish :) always a delightful demonstration :D thank you so much
I have this cookbook, totally going to make this recipe 😋, love you crazy kids 😂❤!
Tamarind is a beautiful tree and the fruit is sour and good for digestion.
This is lovely! The pad thais that I've had traditionally dont have much veggies at all just chives, egg, noodles and much beans. Very oily to stop the noodles from sticking.
This is a great recipe!! This is the first recipe I made when I received your book!! 😋 Love it,,Love the book!!! ❤
Opened your book and I’m making this now!
Looks fantastic !

Thanks Ann & Jane! 🙌
We Always Love Lots of Extra Cilantro on Pad Thai
& Sriracha for the Hot Sauce. 😋
Looks amazing, and I'm with you--the more sauce, the better!

Great dish ladies 💖
looks really good!!!
Swap for tofu? Cannot wait to try this!!
Sounds yummy!
I always put my sprouts in the recipe and let them get a bit hot. Sprouts have one of the highest incidences of food-borne illness of any vegetable.
Love you both. Are your recipes good for weight loss? I have you book and love it, beautiful photos. I use no oil and am worried about the nuts.
No I don’t think so like you said too many seeds nuts and avocado. They do care about heart disease. Of course the doctor is in the family
Does anyone have the right amount for the sauce ? How much tamari, etc? thanks !

You can cook the dish with any nonstick pan. No need to be able to afford a Caraway pan to eat healthy.
Mahalo Ladiez
What kind of tofu are you using?
Wow, you guys cook with a lot of salt for wfpb! And so much maple syrup omg.

If anyone ever finds fresh tamarind, remove the flesh from the pod, crush, mix with salt and a little bit of sugar. Try it and then you can thank me!
Yum - I'd add edamame
Why don’t they give out the recipes from their shows? All,the other cook book authors share them with their viewers……
So, you essentially want the book for free? After they are already doing the videos for free?
Although the food looked great, the side of the pan was not clean. How long was that food stuck on there? 😮

These pans have aluminum in them.
The visual is gone.
Shame they don’t say quantities for sauce

Jane why are you so vague all the time when you are talking you seem to never know what something is called or don’t know how to speak.
