Found a recipe for homemade vegan Worcestershire sauce for anyone who doesn’t have store-bought:
    Vegan Worcestershire Sauce:
    1 Tbsp Ketchup
    1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    Dash of Hot Sauce
    Pinch of Garlic Powder
    Pinch of Onion Powder
Whisk to combine and use 1-1 ratio as substitute in any recipe.

I like the fact that you called out the aesthetic of the book, because I really do love it. The pic with you two running with the giant fork is the best. Also, just the quality of the paper stock and the general feel of the photos is so great. BTW, the brussels sprouts tots and basic hummus (surprisingly!) are favs in our house. I love that Ann "stole" leftover tofu.

The gouda is amazing! I'll definitely be making that again.
    Point to note:
You've got the pronunciation of Worcestershire right, but not the sauce.
"Wuster-sher" is right for the county, but the sauce is just "Wuster sauce" rather than "Wuster-sher sauce".
Because English speakers love to make things difficult for ourselves!

I was having trouble finding it too. Then I saw in the description there is a link to the recipe. If you need to save as a pdf, you can print to pdf. Hope that helps.

Is this recipe plant perfect? You have suggested that we can use cannelloni beans instead of cashews, but what about tofu and avocado?

Since Dr Essy doesn't allow added sweeteners, avocado, or the tofu itself for his heart patients I would say it's not. Even the tamari wouldn't be allowed if it brings the daily sodium level above 1600mg. Ann & Jane keep forgetting (?) that those people aren't allowed any added sweeteners in many recipes in the new book labeled "heart disease friendly".
