I regularly get 2 days and 5 to 10 hours more on my Bluetooth watch 7 44mm. AOD and raise to wake off and sleep mode on at night. I usually charge on the 3rd day.
I have been using watch 7 44mm Bluetooth for the last 1 month as well, i can confirm whatever you reviewed is on point, I get almost 2 days of normal battery life with heart rate measurements set to 10 mins, AOD off, and even taking one or two calls and nfc payments... Thanks for your efforts.... Bdw, nice setup...cool bumblebee 😃
As someone with a heart condition, the most accurate monitor is very important and the reason why I'm looking to upgrade (have a watch 3 now). Is it worth it to get the watch 7 for the upgraded sensor or the watch 6 classic?
I have a tip regarding the charging speed, if you turn of "show charging info" it actually charges much faster, I haven't timed it but trust me it's quicker. If you wan't to monitor the status I just have a battery widget on my S24 ultra AOD, and also the watch sents your phone a notification when it's battery is full.
You may be right, when the charging info is on the screen will be on which consumes some battery. However I have tested it without the charging info. It still takes 2 plus hours which is bad. With charging info off it may be faster by a few mins I feel
Hi, for watch7 bluetooth, did fitness tracker function if i doing outdoor (running/cycle etc) without bring phone? If yes, did the exercise will sync correctly after i'm come back home n sync with phone?
i have the GW6 CLASSIC LTE, great watch, battery perfromance is impacted by the watch face chosen and always on display (AOD). easily get more than 2 days with AOD off.
Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 44mm LTE variant. I'm having trouble with WhatsApp call notifications not showing on my watch. I can reply to chat notifications and use WhatsApp on the watch, but I'm not receiving call notifications. Is there a solution for this? Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
I am using watch ultra since 1 month (In India) & have a couple of questions 1. My watch can't receive a SMS independently, although I have a JIO E Sim activated which allows my watch to send SMS, receive & make calls without any hiccups. But in order to recieve the SMS, it has to be connected to my Samasung Galaxy Phone. After going through lot of articles & community posts, it seems like it's an issue with the mobile networks. Do let me know if you too are facing this issue or is it just me? 2. How to make sure that the steps that are being counted by Watch Ultra & it's not double counting the steps via Mobile cuz many times while walking I do have my phone in my watch.
yes same for me, for SMS to work, your phone must be turned on. (doesnt need to be with you though). as only the sim in your phone can recieve SMS. this is not a samsung issue, same with Apple watch. i havent tested it with rcs to rcs message.
You uploaded at the right time 😅 I was planning to buy the watch this week. Anyways thanks for the video I am planning for LTE 44mm. This video helped me a lot
Hi, did you get it..i am in the same boat and due to the battery issues am a little bit inclined towards the oneplus watches..hope they work well with samsung phones
Thanks for uploading this detailed review.I am holding Galaxy watch 5 44 mm. The battery life is very good. I mean, I am easily able to get around 2 to 3 days. Is it worth upgrading to watch 7? Or is it good to wait for next year.
Thanks very much for nice review video, I bought the exact same watch recently in Japan but I don't see Blood Pressure monitor app in it. Can you help me? 🙏
Hi, I dont think it supports third party charger. I didn test it but as far as I know it won't support. Yes any Power bank with type c port can be used with Samsung's wireless charger which comes in the box
Hey dude I bought my galaxy watch 7 40 mm bt yesterday and right now the battery isn't very good I know that in start it learns usage pattern But till when this learning your usage pattern time ends Btw loved the watch 7
Thanks.. yes it takes a few days may be a week to learn. It should last around 1.5 days bro.. not more than that.. there are some people who claim 3 days and all which I feel is not true.
In my opinion to buy a smartwatch and after to downgrade the features is a bit to extreme, what is the point of paying so much and after to dezactivate most of te features what you paid for ? 😮 Better invest in a better watch with a good battery life like Huawei. Is your money in the end … common on temu you find better watches and under £50
You're wrong about charging actually - it its only 3w real power and takes 1:10min if room temp is below 25C. Longer charging times are in hotter conditions when there's heavy throttling to 1w of power. My first charge took 1:50min at 28C. No watch charges at 10w, that is complete BS really, the biggest number I've seen is 7w on Huawei watch. Same parody can be observed with Samsung phones's wireless chargers - they need very low temps to be usable, at 25C+ they start at 15w just to throttle them down to 6-7w in a matter of minutes, lie 10-15min tops. Watch 7 needs about 40min on the charger each day.
I have charged it at 18 to 24 degrees. It takes 2 hours.. most reviewers have share similar results. 1:10 😮good for you. Yours must be a special piece. Hope you are not referring to 40 mm watch which has smaller battery 😉
@@ThePhoneFuel 44mm of course. Most reviewers share different results like 50:50 fast or slow, but the throttling is strong and I presume basically no one measures it when comparing charging speeds. I'm most certainly 1:10min, tried it multiple times, a friend of mine as well. But some indeed say close to 2hours, for the Ultra as well. I can easily make a video with timer next to it, but there're videos like this already showing a bit over an hour. If mine is throttling only in hotter conditions, probably most reviewers have similar problem, it's more realistic that quality control by Samsung being so incredibly poor.

Actually, I am more interested in all those desktop widgets visible on the monitors behind you.
Might be a good video for lots of desktop user's.
Hey hi, That's on Mac.. Mac os Widgets
@@ThePhoneFuel Oh, I see. Thanks for letting me know.

hi, which app you using to let the watch send your phone notification when watch battery is full?
@TSHsoft it's built into the samsung wearable app. Not sure if you have to have a samsung for this integration to work but it just does automatically.
@ThePhoneFuel Thanks for the insight man. I haven't tested it myself, so it's good to know the difference isn't that big.

Great video! Could you do a comparison video with one plus 2r watch?
I’m using s5pro …charge it every third day, robust and real value for money today

Hi i am using s24 ultra... and confused whether to go for galaxy 7 (because of integration) or oneplus 2R (because of battery)... suggestions?
For Samsung phones Samsung watches are better
Do you use AOD ??
Nope.. forgot to mention that

Yep, both are known issues which cannot be solved. Stuff to add to the cons list of the watch and move on I guess 🫠

If Samsung has not released this feature in Japan Then you will not get it on the watch

I want that watch face. Can U send link. Wil that watch face work on my Galaxy watch 6 Classic??
That's for 7 series for now. May be in a few days we will get them for older watches as well
Watch 7 support third party wireless charger? and also need to know samsung wireless charging powerbank will support to charge the watch 7.

The watch band is too short.
I bought an aftermarket band but couldn't get it installed.
What's wrong with S23(SM-S9110)
I got mine gw7 last week and battery life only last half the day. Then i have to charge it
which version of watch 7? 44mm bluetooth or 40mm Bluetooth?
Mentioned in the intro of this video, 44 mm BT
As long as it last more than a day.. i won't sacrifice the sensors for a longer battery life.. maximize the features not to prolong the battery life 😂
With my experience with this watch the power savings onIt took 3, almost 3 and a 1/2 days.
That's great
Still using my watch 4
Just got this when I got my s24+
Im looking at buying it in 44mm
I got it last week and I am very happy with it
Cool
I bouth mine 3 days ago. I already have 48h to 51h battery life with all tracking on and 1h gps.
