You and young Pete crack me up .Better luck next time Greg , like you said different bait would have made all the difference, well done to Mark and Pete , look forward to part 2 👍🎣
Great vid as always👍next time your there walk to the left towards seaford a bit as the swimmers usually tend to just walk straight on the beach from the path. Also when the crabs are being a pain put a plain lead on and blast it out then once its settled drag the rig back a wind or two every minute or so. It's a chore but reduces the crab annihilation and can also induce a take from the plaice especially with a bit of bling on👍
Hi greg you ok mate. Bad day at the office greg we all have them dont we. Some nice plaice there. Pete to laid bk , i think i would of stuck a 7oz lead on and started hitting it right were they was swimming haha. They do take the micheal don't they ,them strange swimmer people . All the best greg from grimsby.
Swimmers absolutely boil my Piss I just tell them in the nicest possible way if they go near my spot I'm a really accurate cast with a 6oz gripper that happen to be painful on impact Thanks Greg excellent video as always Poor Pete seems a nice gentle fella I always tip with sprat mate if that makes a difference to you and I'm happy to share it with you
Petes a cracking bloke but I have seen him crack😂🤦♂️. It is very frustrating because it's a complete lack of respect for someone else and what they're doing 🤦♂️ SPRATS! I really hate sprats as a bait. I don't think I've caught a thing on them
OMG,those swimmers were something else, I’ve seen other people in different places have the same problem 🙄😤. Always pays to keep an eye on other people 😜.
I tend to find best way to deal with swimmers near by is drip juicy yellowtails over them before casting lol. Its strange tipping with the right bait can make all the difference. I find ripping with whites or razor can produce the goods. Still at least you were out fishing and having a laugh with a couple of mates.👍
I would say that it wasn't that good being out Andy, as it was freezing ❄️❄️😂😂😂 Next time I might pull out a tuna head with 2 12/0 hooks sticking out and tell them I'm fishing for the big shark thats been spotted 🦈😂
You have swimmers we along the bristol channel have rubber seals on their boards that just hang out in front of anglers, if you cast short they come in closer to you stopping you from fishing.
The people that stunned me were the family with small kids paddling near me at Dungeness. The drop off 3 yards out was huge and the washing machine breaker onto the shingle was small but brutal. I did offer a friendly warning and explained the danger but they seemed not bothered. The cold saw them off quite soon , a relief , I didn't want to watch a 6 y/o drown.
It is crazy what some people do and how oblivious they are to anything else going on. It's like they don't even realise the danger their own hobby puts them in let along the other hobbies around them🤦♂️😂
But I think the equivalent would be that you park you car in a parking spot and then a cyclist comes along after you and just dumps his bike on the roof of your car and walks off! 🤦♂️😂😂😡

Part 2 is out on Friday but unfortunately without Pete and mark🤦♂️😂

Lol so funny 😄 great vid bud!!!
The video at Shakespeare beach is better mate. I'm very happy with that one👍
I'm taking a (really bad) guess on either mussels or razor for the tips🤔
Are you sure you don't want to use a life line!? 🤦♂️😂
@@gsp 😂
I'm told razor is a good sole bait here in Suffolk. Going to give it a go this season.
Poor old Pete! 😜
😂😂😂 It's all in good jest
What’s the bait man??😂😂😂
🤦♂️😂 That's in part 2 on friday😂
@@gsp lol😂
Swimmers are to sea fishing as cyclists are to driving .. just saying
But I think the equivalent would be that you park you car in a parking spot and then a cyclist comes along after you and just dumps his bike on the roof of your car and walks off! 🤦♂️😂😂😡
Couldn’t agree more, I hate them.
