1:35 - 1:58 You made that easy lol! 😂😂😂 2:50 ,3:09 Oh dear god! This is so nerfwrecking! Chain rod is so scary sometimes... and you were able to skip past that floating water segment. Also, that Erase form, were you just showing off for speculation? 12:19 Lol! They still did their Ex-skill as their last resort move despite 0 health. 17:58 What an epic way to finish him off! Chain rod swing your way and Sharp Edge him downward!
-The AP Fefnir stunlock is pretty fun, I recommend practicing it. -The Erase Form in the Temple of Ice was purely for showing off the color palette, there was no functional reason for me to equip it. -I quite like it when you manage to get the 0HP EX Skill from the Beetle Bros, it feels like an extended version of their desperation attack. -While I was practicing Elpizo, I had the realization "Oh wait, there's a ceiling", so I decided to swing and use Sharp Edge instead of just finishing with Tenshouzan.
@@crisscrosszx how tho, the pattern is super easy to dodge once you've memorized the rhythm, and the fire rings themselves are pretty small so you got a fair margin of error.
Just In case, the time In your comment only shows Fefnir exploding. [I suppose your comment has to do with how Fefnir's cannon were forced upwards, just like the comment above]
I've finally finished you Z2 run. Impressive as always. You're very ingenious with these games. Your use of the chain rod in particular is amazing. Gonna finish the other games and stay tuned for what's coming next.
Your use of the Chain Rod is a joy to watch. I can never consistently get the swinging with it, and it's probably the one thing keeping me from replaying Z2.
Thank you! It's certainly tricky to get the hang of. I'd recommend practicing just by swinging back and forth in the Resistance Base to start so you can get a feel for it.
This game is the most frustrating one for me. The level design is sometimes annoying or unnecessarily difficult, and having to do the weapon grind is a chore. Amazing work on this video! Like others said I like seeing the boss exploits for the guardians. On another topic, the way the 3 guardians transform into their armed phenomenons has similar visual and sound effects to copy X when he transforms into his second form. Perhaps it could be said that Copy X's seraph form is his armed phenomenon.
Z2's stages are probably the toughest in the series, the level layouts demand far more specific pathing and memorization than in Z1 for sure. I will say that I do wish we got to fight Phantom's Armed Phenomenon in some capacity. I think they should've included it in the bonus fight within Sub Arcadia in Z3.
Thanks! It's nice to land that grapple and not have to worry about wall jumping. At the same time, if you miss, you'll get a face full of lightning beam, so it takes some practice.
@@DZ-Three I can imagine it took a few tries to get it right. I really like your usage of chain rod through this run, it's a weapon I overlooked in my playthroughs
I'm not 100% sure how it works, but specific movements with the Chain Rod seem to be more lenient as it pertains to avoiding hazards. There are scenarios in which you can hang onto a wall and then lower yourself onto a bed of spikes, and Zero will explode in spectacular fashion as expected. I can say with confidence that all the uses I showcase here are consistent; not once did I lose an attempt by swinging into the spikes or lava. It's probably possible if you swing too low, but I never bothered to check.
It depends on which Form you're asking about, but I'd assume you're asking about the Rise Form since I use it in the final level. If that's the case, I can say I consider it the best Form overall.
That finish on Elpizo's second form was the coolest thing I've ever seen in my life SHEEEEESH
Bro finished the whole original megaman zero series with no damage and really quick congrats on this amazing achievement!!!
Thank you very much, I'm glad you enjoyed the series!

17:51 The extra style points in some of these videos is just so damn enjoyable lol
Holy shit I didn't know you can force Fefnir's cannons upwards with the Tenshouzan.
That feels like the theme of these runs, tbh. “holy shit, I didn’t know you can __”
Glad I could help you discover that! It's a very unique hit reaction for sure. I'd expect to see something like that in Z3 with the Recoil Rod.
That fight was the bane of my existance, not because it was hard, it was just boring asf
@@RealLotto breaking all the cannons actually makes the fight hard on this one

Bro, I swear you deserve more subscribers. You’re amazing
Thanks, I appreciate the sentiment!
1:43-2:00 This I why I subscribe. I've been playing this game since release and had 0 fucking clue you could do this

14:17 Capcom's secret message : Hey gamers! You just don't have enough practice with the chainrod!

I'm pretty sure the Armed Phenomenon moniker is solely for the Baby Elf power ups. And yes this game has extremely frustrating design.

Shit man... You made me look MegaMan Zero 2 as MegaMan 2 in terms of Difficulty 😂, My respects...
That was some impressive chain rod work! May I ask why you chose Erase form for the temple of ice?
Purely for the aesthetic, I had no need for Rise, Active or X, so I decided to equip Erase to showcase the color palette.
Its amazing boy, you is excelente player👏👏👏
Thanks, I'm glad you think so!
Anyone else notice the Wind Temple is essentially Neo Arcadia Shrine?
All of the temples are to some extent, but yes, Wind is the most reminiscent of the Z1 level.
この人ロッド系使うのうますぎでしょ😮

That was fkn insane wtf
It's a fun way to avoid that attack for sure.
amazing
Sadly, in the Z/ZX Collection, if Zero touches lava while hanging from the chain rod, he dies😢
Interesting, I wasn't aware of that. An unfortunate change to the gameplay, as it's a cool way to speed past that section.
Why the hell was that even change to begin with?
Can i ask what is the program you use to record the game? And know if you are playing the Z/zx collection or is emulated? Pls and thx
I'm playing using the original GBA versions via the mGBA core on Retroarch. For recording my gameplay, I use OBS.
Was me, or this Harpuia was using funnels?
Wait, if you're using the chain rod do you not engage with the hitboxes on spikes and lava?

out of curiosity is this the best form?

The final boss looks nothing compare to the platforming.
That's pretty much the case yeah, Yggdrasil has some very threatening platforming sectors.
