Hello Helen, I hope you’re having a wonderful Monday. Thanks for sharing. I pretty much eat some of things you mentioned but didn’t think to shop Aldi. I definitely will be going there tomorrow. Because of a heart condition I have to intake more protein so I eat salmon more than I would like. Now I don’t care for yogurt either but I did find one with no milk. The brand is Silk and it’s made with Almond milk and they have one dairy-free (I like to add granola). A 12 week plan sounds good… (around my birthday 2/9). I have already started getting rid of people with negative energy, removing myself from an unhealthy relationship, and doing more self-love for myself. I am so excited about the future!
Yes 12 weeks allows us to break it down so we aren't trying to do everything at once. I tried the silk yogurt and I like it. I need to check the protein on it.
Hi, Helen. As an idea for the yogurts: thin with a little almond milk & add chia seeds. Let it sit for a few hours & get an extra boost. Or try adding walnuts or granola to the yogurt for extra crunch.

Also, Sprouts has yogurt made from coconut milk. I don’t know the protein content and I’ve never tried it but it may be an option with nuts or some other protein

Try soaking them overnight when u know you want to cook them in a lil baking soda. Rinse real good before cooking and let them boil a few minutes before adding seasonings and rinse that water off then boil with seasonings and see if that helps you.

You're plant based but eating yogurt that has cow's milk? There are plenty non dairy vegan yogurts out there. Silk has a vegan Greek yogurt and it has 10g of protein in it.

Organic protein powder. Tofu nutritional yeast and peanut butter are my go to proteins.
Ok sounds good. I eat the nut butter and I need to include it more in my meals.

Tofu? Make sure they are non GMO. There is a big issue going with Tofu. Organic does not mean non GMO. Please do your home work.
