As a food vlogger , the way of tasting biriyani .. dosa .. podi idli etc was wrong … taste them alone before adding chutney curd or salad .. it shows the authentic taste

nice one...I ve tried Koriken, Mulbagal Dosa and Rameswaram Cafe. Another nice new place to try in Bangalore is Adukale/Old Bangalore.
You must try khali dose in Mahalakshmi Tiffin Room, Gandhi Bazaar. Have you tried Onion Dosa (It is utthappa in north?).
Sukh Sagar, Jayanagar 4th block is also not bad. You can also try davanagere benne dose (next to sukh sagar hotel) in Jayanagar.
Try some neer dosa and chicken sukka in mangalore and Kori rotti and chicken gravy 😊

am sorry to say but most of my experience of eating out in bangalore besides the local south indian fare has been mediocre and over priced. i hardly eat out here....i save all my money for kolkatta food
