That soyabean we call it Axone in our dialect that’s our delicacy but we don’t eat like that we smash the soyabean and keep for a week to ferment it properly and we cook with smoked pork it’s the tastiest🫠🫠 Also many people don’t like soyabean but it’s good to see you guys enjoying it🎀

actually the fermented thing is also known as kinema which smells really weird,as i've been growing up in a family where everyone loves it but I still hate it... and that local chicken curry contains less masala bcs nepali people do not like many masala in their foods,we like it very simple and sover.... Do you know why the chicken meat is tight which you have eaten in Darjeeling because those chicken curry served to you were organic local chicken and the chicken you talking about soft one those are boiler chicken which doesn't take much time to cook.
