    It's great that the hyper text in the maintenance manual can link to the action items and a live overview about the C/B that you have to work on.

    So cool that you can basically get instructions and procedures from the onboard computers themselves, would be cool to see in more future airbus aircraft

    I had never know that you can access the AMM from the cockpit screen. That's really nice!!

      Yes, it is very maintenance friendly, everything is hiper linked, documentation is quick available to perform the maintenance.

    Hello colleague Dennis.These A350 C/B panels without name (only FIN) are a pain in the ass compared to previous Airbus (330,340,380) However i's a great aircraft. Very easy for line maintenance engineers.

      Yes, not the best system, but it work with the position code the cb has. And yes the A350 is one of my favorite to work on.

    Is that screen the Windows 10 computer that is on some planes? or something else?

      Not sure what operating system it runs on, but could surely be some kind of windows, if so it’s probably an version older than windows 10.

    Hey Dennis, how does one get to the maintenance home page? And get access to the dispatch message on the side monitor?

    • @dennisvijverbergbrakesrele6098
      @dennisvijverbergbrakesrele6098  ปีที่แล้ว

      At the pilot position you open up the keyboard and you press “CTL-OIS menu” and it will open the maintenance screen, “SHIFT-OIS menu” gives you the backup screen. You use this when OIS server has a problem, it’s limited but you can still run the tests.
