This B777-200F needed to get fixed before departure

Hello everyone, this video will show some aspects of a repair on the RH engine starting system.
Starter needed to be replaced, you will see an attempt of towing to the runup area, opening closing of the engine.

Thanks for liking the channel, much appreciated.
We changed the starter, did the dry run and a idle / 50% N1 engine run. No leaks were observed and aircraft released back to service.

Aircraft should have turned if the reverse was used on right engine 😁

Not enough thrust. To turn you must always use the opposite engine.

Small airport, doesn’t have a dedicated test run spot and taxi ways to get to a spot ware we could run are not wide enough for a wide body aircraft.Here we started the engines, this just because tow truck was too slow and runway needed to be cleared. The high power test run was done a another spot be we were not there.
