This video shows the process of using the Bonny Doon Deep Drawing Die system from Rio Grande to make the tubes the Plumier Foundation used as pill box liners.
Great job done brother, it would be fine if you share all the 5 sizes diameter so that people can use this as ready reknor. Thanks hope to see more vso from your end
Very interesting video! I was wondering, if you start with 2mm stainless steel sheet do you make the plunger 2mm smaller in diameter than the moulding? If yes, you keep the plunger 2mm smaller in diameter in each incremental step along the deep drawing process? Thanks in advance!
Very, very best👍👍👍
This David guy is the best. One smart dude!!!
It's great,bro

Are you using the 3" Deep-Draw kit?
Do you make a video on the spinning, too? This is really interesting; I'd like to see the next step.

That is a lot of work to make one tube. Its a lovely job but I'll bet those pill containers aren't cheap
As matrizes são cônicas ? Obrigado
Did you do any annealing between draws? Sterling or fine silver?
How do you center the punch with die?
how many tons of hydraulics?
20
Does the die require radius at the corner to draw the sheet??
