- This is a road trip that me and my brother went on this summer, flying from Amsterdam to JFK airport, from there we rented a Chevy Camaro (New model) and drove into New York City, the next day we left on an epic trip through the beautiful landscapes of America.
It has been one of the most amazing experiences I've been able to have and I want to thank my brother a million times over for taking me on this road trip, it was loads of fun and especially just driving through the states was simply amazing.
I have no words to describe how awesome it felt, I hope this little video will be able to show some of the epicness that me and my brother have been able to whitness.

What car did you drive ? Or do people recommend for road trips
We drove a Chevy Camaro but I cannot recall what year.
I would not recommend it as it's hard storing stuff. My advice is something spacy that allows you to get places reliably.
How many stops and where
We stopped at any interesting spot we found or at a wallmart for food and drinks, a couple for gas and every single night at a motel until we reached Las Vegas where we got into our hotels. So wouldn't really be able to say, it was quite random!

If they'd put all the previous maps together somehow so you can drive from Vice City to Liberty City or San Andreas for example that'd be absolutely sick!

Was there plenty of gas stations on your trip? I will be relocating new york to las vegas in a few months. Did you guys ever run out of gas? That's the only concern I have.
Yea there's a good amount of them, just make sure you keep an eye out and follow the main roads, if you're renting a car I believe you can get a GPS system with it that'll also show the locations for them but I'm not 100% sure.

How long did the ride take?
We drove continuesly for the most part and it took us a little more than a week to get to Vegas. I'd say expect a 10 day drive even without stops.

@@hueso5071 Yeah you seem to be right, it's about 2,5k miles and driving it non stop would take 37 hours according to Google on my search.
Idunno how it managed to take us a week up to 10 days then. :/ Been a good while since we've done the roadtrip.

I don't remember exactly but I believe it took us about 8 or 9 days to get to Las Vegas by constantly driving every day with just a couple of stops.
