Calling Vail or Aspen a “small town” is ridiculous. 😂 They are full on resort towns and you have to be a millionaire to live there. Even if it’s just a small condo. I’d say 90% of people that own houses there don’t actually live there. They are all very expensive vacation homes. A lot of people who own homes there don’t even live in Colorado at all.

both have a population < 10,000, resort towns or not, they are most certainly small.
