I grew up outside and I’m so glad I did. I was healthy, happy, explored everything.. all the neighborhood kids were out so I was pretty safe because everybody looked out for everybody. Mom had a lot of work to do inside the house . I didn’t have to do anything but be a kid and go outside and play. Come home when I was hungry and she gave me a peanut butter sandwich or baby Ruth and I played some more. I had a wonderful childhood. Well water out of the water hose. Mmmm. And you could play in the water all day. i lived beside a creek. absolutely had a great childhood.
This Gen X'er has a problem with whatever raised ( presumably raised ) this young person. Why have you allowed this individual to slip through your grasp in regards to spending time and checking in on their overall psychological health ? Heck, we're the " Latch Key Kids " and none of us grew up so wayward when it cones to Critical Thinking. Or Common Sense.
