I agree with everyone else, this hits much different. I get sad when I look at my dog now, because she's old and i'm terrified of finding her no longer with me when i wake up or get off work.
Your pupper is the goodest dog in the world, as are all dogs. My dog phoebe who has crossed the rainbow bridge, says hi to her and wishes they can play together in the meadow across the rainbow bridge. She says “the meadow across the rainbow bridge is a wonderful place, filled with sunshine, warmth, fresh water, unlimited treatos, other healthy and happy doggos. There is only one thing missing, that is our wonderful loving human. But one day, our humans will cross the bridge to join us, and they will bring lots of belly rubs, chin scritches, cuddles, and most importantly their wholesome love” I am so proud of phoebe for living till the ripe age of 21 and then happily crossing the bridge. Only we humans, can think of such an experience as something bad. I can’t wait to join her and shower her with love. But till the time your dog is ready for the journey, I hope she has a wonderful happy and healthy life
I just got my dog back in December in 2020 and im worried now. He keeps doing stuff thats dangerous when were not looking.
My dog is turning 5 this year I know that's still a Little young but I feel the same way especially about my old cat Sebastian he's like 17 years old my other cat queenie she died she was like 20 or 19 I hope I see her on the other side
My dog is around 8-9 years old (we don’t know for sure bc she’s a rescue), and I’ve lost other loved ones recently and the thought of losing my dog is extremely scary to me. She’s middle aged though, so hopefully she lives a few years longer.
Some comedian said something along the lines of "Getting a dog is like saying "In 10-15 years or so I'd like to have my heart ripped out and torn to shreds"" They give us so much love it makes the pain at the end bearable.
Actually can't stand myself that i discovered this channel only after maple's passing... All the videos are simply embodiment of perfection and relaxation but I can't help but tear up and be sad. Hope maple's family is ok and if there is heaven i know you will meet each other again there

Hey buddy, I am so sorry for your loss. I too lost my dog a couple of years back and I know how hard it can be. I've watched your videos for a while now. My favorite video of yours was the "See you again" cover. I'll leave a poem here in hopes it might find you and bring you some comfort.

This hits different. I had a dog, who's been accompanying me for the most of my life. She passed away a few days after Maple did. She was becoming weaker and weaker every day for the past year, but even though, she bravely fought until the last day. I did all I could, but I couldn't do enough. One day, 21st June, 2021, I found her laying in our backyard on her side, not moving and breathing heavily, so we decided to put her to sleep, to do the least we could do to relieve her pain... Just one day before, she was acting like usual. She passed away the next morning at 16 years old, surrounded by everyone who loved her. I found your channel just today and I just want to say thank you. Thank you for sharing this content with us, for introducing us to such an awesome creature, and although I didn't know Maple until today, I know how hard it is to overcome. Both Maple and my dog are waiting for us and, one day, we will see them again. R.I.P. Maple and Ajda

I'm getting so many mixed emotions from this. I'm here again after hearing Maple had passed, but it's not the first time I've been here. This was the song I played at my best friend of 21 years funeral. It was his favorite song, and watching this again hurts. This will always be one my favorite songs, and likely one of the most beautiful renditions. Rest in peace Maple and Jesse. Fly high.

My best friend, who was such a nice elderly man, he told a bunch of jokes, made funny remarks, and went fishing with me a lot, he was my fishing teacher and we really bonded over fishing. He was like a brother/father to me. He left this cruel world on Sep 12, 2021. I wish i could've either gone with him or that he could've stayed till i saw him once more at least. I miss him and i will never forget such a nice, funny, faithful guy, who's life was in kind of in pieces. This song.. reminds me of him....T_T.

I hate how messed up society has become these days. What ever happened to males being males, and females being females.
Imagine sitting on a grassy lawn with the love of your life, your pet dog or cat. You or your lover casually start playing the guitar and the other just smiles and listens. It's windy but the guitar can be heard clearly. And the grass reflects all the sunlight making it brighter.

@@lukegillespie2474 Oscillatory motion (waves) is literally why strings make sound. They do in fact vibrate like the video, it's just too fast for human eyes to see it. The shutter frame speed of the camera matches by a few factors the wiggles of the strings, which is why you see it in the video.

I’m a canine behaviorist, trainer and doggie daycare provider. Two of my senior dogs that I’ve had in my “Client Pack” for over 10yrs will be crossing the rainbow bridge, tomorrow. Though it’s so sad to lose two on the same day, I’ve been able to provide comfort care. Your music has been a huge part of that. Thank you from the bottom of my broken heart. 🙏🏻💔😪🐾🐾
