I forgot to mention that the transfer time is 7 hours and 20 mins, I need to wait that time without checking my luggage again and not passing by the passport control, am i right? This waiting time won’t change anything because its kinda long? Thank you for your help

Hi, yes it was very quick, it took us about 30 minutes from landing, complete passport control, to the arrival hall. We transferred from an international flight to domestic (Santorini)

Hi, it's hard to estimate the transit time. It will be much faster without check-in luggage. Fast track option is helpful if you have a short time to transit.

Hi, yes you need to exit the Schengen hall, through the baggage reclaim area. You need to check in your baggage (if baggage is not checked through), then go through passport control to enter the non-Schengen Departure area.

If your baggage is checked through, then you don't have to collect it. we just walked through the 'Nothing to declare' lane. if you have nothing to declare. We stored some luggage at Athens airport and only brought only what's needed for the Santorini trip. There's a storage place at the arrival area. Head to the domestic/ Schengen departure hall, to check in (if required), it's connected but on different level. there are plenty of restaurants, cafe in the airport. Enter the Schengen departure gate and go through security check.
What about single ticket layovers? Do they have transite zone with separate passport control or we should pass it together with others, who's final destination is Athens?

Hi, usually you have to let your airline know that you are bringing a stroller and they will make the arrangements. If your flights are on a single PNR, and your baggage checked-through, 1 hour 35 min will be enough for transfer.

There is no clear grom video do I need to go through the passport control if traveling from non Schengen to non Schengen zone with one ticket
