We rode Hagrid's Magical Creatures Mortorbike Adventure and can honestly say...IT'S THE BEST RIDE IN ALL OF ORLANDO! Sorry Disney. The bike seat makes the ride feel infinitely faster! The acceleration tries to pull your arms off the handle bars it's amazing

woollimy funnily enough Volcano Bay is entirely virtual queue, and like 4 rides in both Universal parks are also virtual queue. But, it’s generally on the rides that don’t even really have lines. Why is that? Because they want people to buy the fast passes for another 100+ dollars.

I went there yesterday, and all the wait times were 5-30 minutes. Though it was raining for around 5 hours, so all the out door ride were shut down, the indoor rides had very short wait times.

Yeah true. I tried watching the Harry Potter movies from the beginning. I swear I could only make it a quarter way through the movie before having to stop the dvd and use it as a coaster for my coffee table
You guys gave exactly the kind of explanation of the ride a person like me who is nervous of rides needs. Comparing it to another ride, explaining the speed increases, the sudden drop, the going backwards. That's the type of information I need to make a comfortable decision to ride a ride.

Lol I got in and rode first seat after waiting only 2 hours, I recommend waiting early morning in the “pre-line” because that’s how we got through so quick. BEST RIDE EVER. worth every minute of waiting.
Allelegant Do you think a person who typically doesn’t like roller coasters (such as me lol) would enjoy this ride? When i went to Harry Potter World i rode Escape from Gringott’s Bank and absolutely loved it. I’m not so sure if i would enjoy this.
Charlotte Craig it is so worth it and I do not like roller coasters at all but thoroughly enjoyed this one. It’s very smooth and everything feels much different riding it than it does just looking at the tracks. I think you should definitely try to ride!!

I always find it interesting how waiting lines have gotten so bad at theme parks that people start to say that '2 hours' isn't that long. :')
PearlescentMoon 2 hours compared to the 4 - 10 hour usual wait time for a ride that closes and reopens at times you cannot predict, is actually pretty good and very much worth it for a ride like Hagrids. When you ride the ride for the first time, you’ll understand. It’s nothing like anyone has ever seen before. That’s what makes it worth it :)
Imagine how fun a trip like this would be if you got to buy anything you’d like, choose a robe, make your own wand and just fully immerse yourself with your imagination... just imagine

So i did the math. I included ticket prices for both parks, robe, wand, food and souvenirs and it rounded off around 600 bucks. Now that didn't include travel and hotel and transportation. That's a whole other financial monster all its own lol

I did it and the whole trip with me and my wife robs wonds buying what we wanted plus some collectibles I use my yearly pass but stayed at there resort I live 3and half hour alway I spent 1900.00 about 649.00 was at there cheaper resort around November
went a couple weeks ago, was told the wait was gonna be an hour, but only had to wait 15 minutes, that was nice
ikr i didn’t even have to wait in line it was just the walking up there that took forever it was short like cuz it rain but than the next day a 4 hour wait

Funny thing is, today I went on it TWICE in less than an hour and a half. Luck
Mickey Stickey the ride had broken down for a few seconds, so they let me go on it again. We had timed getting into the line JUST RIGHT so that it started moving when we got there. Honestly, it was sheer dumb luck but I’m not complaining. Also went on it again the next day lol
Very lucky!!! I queued 3 hours last week and only got half way through the line before they decided to close the ride for the day after multiple breakdowns.
I'm going in mid August, you think it will be super crowded and long lines around that time
Lily Studios everytime the line says 120-180 mins i ended up waiting only 35-55, i was there during july and i went on at least once everyday. its not as bad as posted.

I just went on the ride during Christmas week. We waited about 1.5 hours. Never waited that long and never again. I am over 70 years old with a heart condition. 3 artificial limbs. Arthritis everywhere else. If I was 20 years younger, I could have enjoyed the ride. Listen up Seniors with physical conditions, read the warning signs. They are there for a reason, this is not a mild ride. Stay away. Go on Escape from Gringotts. Just make sure to take a Dramamine. As far as the young'uns are concerned, you'll love it!

My husband LOVES this ride and he gets motion sick and is not a huge fan of coasters, we’re fortunate to be passholders so we can go on this whenever :)

This looks soo awsome and in my opinion Hagrids motorbike adventure works much better with the surrounding theme in the world of harry potter then the dueeling dragon challenge did. Feels more like it belongs to the castle grounds. :)

@@WickedlyMe328 My point is that the concept of this Hagrids motorbike ride works better with the whole theme of the world. Dueling Dragons did not (the theme in the queline maybe) but not the rollercoaster itself. :) And It is more for everybody and not only for the thrill seekers which I like :)
What a long line for a ride. True Harry Potter fans. I can see Jessica and Michael waiting for the ride. Once you get to the ride. It should be worth it.
I wish that awesome stuff like this was also done with pirates of the Caribbean. As a massive pirates fan I would have loved that so much! You can do so much with that theme honestly. This roller-coaster looks awesome!

Love the engine sounds. I'd argue they should have made some of the track sections green to blend in with the grass or trees.
Yoooo that ride is sooo fricking worth the wait!!! Although I was really lucky and only waited 30 minutes with my friend. Lmao we rushed there after it rained, bc no one was in line for like 3 minutes, so we rushed there and made it to where the waiting time was around an hour to thirty minutes. Also, I got the front seat on the bike part, SO AWESOMEEEE😆😆😆😆 I really wanna ride it again. And heck ya, Slytherin for the win💚🐍

When I first went to the Harry Potter area at Universal, I had never seen the movies and didn’t understand why people were so obsessed .
Fast forward: I just finished the series and I want to go back to Universal and buy the cloak, the wands, butter bear, and just stay at Hogwarts the whole time 🤣

I have been on all rides at Disney, and all rides at universal (including Hagrids) and by far, this coaster is amazing. Universal you have earned your place back.
It looks pretty amazing, but I'm curious how long this title will last. With Guardians of the Galaxy and Spider-Man opening rollercoaster at Disneyland Parks... I hope it's on the up and up.

No. No competition still today. disney just has too many options and a lot to come. However universal is earning its spot back slowly in good graces with gp...they just wont be in the top spot.

Velocicoaster, the new Secret Life of Pets dark ride in Hollywood with tons of animatronics, Nintendo World in Japan and coming soon in America, and the new Orlando park they’re building with a Universal Monsters section with a ride taking place in Dr Frankenstein’s castle with rumored coffin-shaped seats 👏

Just looking at the ride, It looks like Universal Finally stepped up their game! The 4D rides give me motion sickness after awhile! Its nice to see a greatly themed ride without having to watch a screen. I can't wait to go on it one day!
My 13 year old son and I love roller coasters!!After riding this, nothing can top it. Such a great experience. Loved this ride. The long wait was worth it.

This is seriously the most amazing ride! Universal did an amazing job with the story, construction, seating design, and experience leading up to the ride. One of the most enjoyable lines due to all the things you get to immerse yourself into along the way. There was times we felt the lines were moving too fast and we couldn't see everything along the way 😂. Universal did a great job keeping everyone safe during the pandemic.
I have said it before and I will say it again your channel deserves 1,000,000 subs, good editing, good narration with information tidbits, Good videography with attention to details. I subbed as soon as I watched one video. I could see the difference in all the things written above right away.

I went last Christmas and did a 1:30 wait time because I got in to the park entrance at 6 am and waited till it opened and then ran to make the line.... but this ride BLEW ME AWAY IT IS THE BEST RIDE EVER IN ANY PARK!!!!! I loved it !!!
It’s so fast, like crazy fast, and the reverse\drop is so scary! Def not for young kids with a weak stomach

Disney's Rise of the Resistance is really good too and even though its not a roller coaster, it can compare.
this ride is honestly amazing. i highly recommended it, my heart was racing after the ride (i mean that in the best way possible) and it’s now one of my favorites.
Hagrid’s motorbike ride is awesome , already been in it twice and it’s worth the wait. Great ride to replace Dragon challenge roller coaster.
I can't believe anything is better than Flight of Passages. But I'll see for myself eventually lol. Maybe when all the summer guest go home

I was so lucky, I went a month after it opened and waited 90 min midday on a Saturday in July. Went back and waited 30 min and 60 last week. It’s An amazing ride! Would never wait 8 hours. Hell no. Disney also did an amazing job on ROTR. Things are looking up for orlando!

Michael I cried too, I’ve NEVER cried after a ride but this is beyond the best roller coaster. I’ve done Dueling Dragons as well and glad they replaced it with Hagrids, it’s phenomenal.
This ride is EPIC. I honestly had low expectations for the ride, but it’s one of my favourites. I may be partial, though, since I got into it after only a 15 min wait... I would never wait hours for any ride. No ride is worth that, plus many people there don’t live nearby and have annual passes like I do, so they’re wasting a good chunk of their vacay sweating in Florida summer and just waiting. That line is ridiculous.
Cheers to the girl I met in line with the paramore tattoos! I left the line and got on the ride twice within 25 min and I don’t know if you ever got to go on

What The they didn’t film in a castle. They built the inside of rooms for sets and a small version of hog warts for the outside shots

Labor Day weekend is gonna be packed, so I recommend doing single riders on most of the rides if you don’t have fast pass. It may split your group a bit but cuts the wait time down a lot.

It is an awesome ride!!! Worth staying at an onsite hotel for early morning hours (and even then the line is long). Can't wait to go back and get me more HP & Hagrid’s motorbike goodness.
Huh it was old the motorcycle from Sirius Black, right?! Hagrid had permission to use it because Sirius was in Azkaban!
