I'd argue that her point "It's not alright to make fun out of a disability" shows a naivety and lack of equality. I believe it was put best on Southpark (paraphrasing); "It's either ok to make fun of EVERYTHING or NOTHING", which says a lot for equality :)

People need to understand that making a joke about something is NOT the same as disrespecting something, a joke is a joke, whether it be about something nice, or something not nice, it doesn't always reflect the true feelings of the comedian, infact jokes can be a good way to get rid of things like racism because poking fun at it means that we know its ridiculous. Also, comedians make fun of people that aren't disabled too, why should we treat the disabled differently, that's the real cruelty.
