Honestly, my favourite thing is whenever he makes a particularly brutal joke he gets a smug little self-satisfied smirk as he basks in everyone else's reactions. He knows exactly how dark his humour is and you can see exactly how much fun he's having with it.
I love when he interacts with the audiance, he just totally lets rip. Was watching one of his stand ups the other day and he was doing some monologue, and some woman was trying to get out the fire escape, when he'd finished he just tore her to shreds.

The difference between the old mtw and the new mtw is that in the old days the crowd laughed and then clapped the best jokes. Now it's a clap with smatterings of laughter. The sound is still positive but it's just not the same.
What makes it even more funny to me, is that after almost every really offensive joke, Hugh Dennis steps on the mic with a look on his face that says: "Well, how the fuck do I follow that?"

The difference between the old mtw and the new mtw is that in the old days the crowd laughed and then clapped the best jokes. Now it's a clap with smatterings of laughter. The sound is still positive but it's just not the same.
What makes it even more funny to me, is that after almost every really offensive joke, Hugh Dennis steps on the mic with a look on his face that says: "Well, how the fuck do I follow that?"

I swear he probably only says 30-40% of his jokes. Only picks the best ones which shows how much he really has. His jokes are either really great or fucking savage. Nothing less but sometimes even more.
