Pastel Ombre Dot Mandala - Tutorial - Step by Step

- Watch me paint this cute Green to Purple Pastel Ombre Dot Mandala step by step... these videos are done to give you some inspiration to create your own personal designs...
Paints used in this video are mainly Global Paints that have been mixed with Pouring Medium at a ratio of 3 parts paint and 1 part pouring medium with a touch of water... The colours were custom blends using up various pots I had in my studio so not sure of most of the original colour names... They were mixed quite a while ago... I'm trying to use up all my little pots that have been sitting there for some time so challenged myself to only use those and not mix new colours... mmm... anyway, 'Ombre' it was...
The board used here is a 20cm MDF round... The guidelines are drawn using a watercolour pencil... rings are 1cm apart... I pretty much make my designs up as I go along.. I never have a plan! That is the fun bit... I like a challenge...
The Ball Stylus Dotting tools I am using in the video are from the McGill Paper Blossoms Tool Kit and the dotting rods are from Happy Dotting Company...

The center area looks like ocean waves, so I love how the colors shift as you moved further out from the center. Stunning!
