    Great job, you’re inspiring me, if you can do that then so can I, eventually. I can keep the weight moving for 20 minutes (only 1 week doing it) as long as I don’t move around, I’m learning.

      Heather, that is amazing, you go girl! Keep practising and you will get better with every session. It took me weeks to get semi ok at normal hula hooping so remember you are doing great. I found it really addictive and just wanted to keep learning. Soon you will be spinning and moving around like its second nature to you! X

    I am a TH-cam SEO Expert. I visited your channel I see you upload regular videos but your view count is very low you have uploaded 144 videos so far and Your number of subscribers is 729 and you are not doing SEO for your videos due to which your channel views are not increasing even with very few subscribers.
