Nelson Rigg Hurricane Pannier Review

KTM 390 Adventure | I prefer soft luggage for a variety of reasons, including safety, weight, and honestly, the cost. After spending a year with the Tusk Pilot Pannier bags, I was looking for a waterproof bag that would be easier to clean and hold a bit more. I looked at a few bags and came to the decision to try the Nelson Rigg Hurricane Panniers. I have been using the Hurricane Tank Bag for over a year and it's been 100% waterproof, so it seemed like a solid product line to invest in.
