Thank you for this. A few minutes before this video popped up in my feed, my daughter and I were talking about different foods that I can add to my diet. I’m going to share this with her.
I do some taco seasoned ground turkey and once it’s cooked, add a few spoonfuls of Greek yogurt and a little cheese, black beans, and rotel for a melty high protein burrito. Plus you can freeze em
Thanks so much for this important information. I have recently added avocados and leafy greens like kale more into my diet. Also, I have been including fish like tuna and salmon into my diet as well. 😊
I wanted Mounjaro but insurance won’t approve it till I try Ozempic first. So I am about to get my Ozempic and try it in the morning. I took Trulicity a year ago lost 30 pounds on my own and 10 pounds on Trulicity but was slower. I have Type 2 diabetes and PCOS so it’s hard to lose weight on PCOS and diabetes on top of that. My biggest concern is Constipation as I am on other meds like Percocets high blood pressure and Metformin I have Chronic Back pain and had two shoulder surgeries and need total knee replacement but trying to hold off on the knees if I can lose weight Like to lose 100 pounds
can u please let me know how your trulicity is working as type 1, im type 1 too on trulicity over year now at 1.5 dose> its not working for me so dr upped to 3.0, lil scared to start from nausea, started new job, cant miss, have you upped dose? thoughts. thank yu
And then have high cholesterol and cardiovascular disease to contend with? Gallstones and insulin resistance from the excess saturated fat? You don't need to skip carbs, and overdo it on protein. Variety is important, as is a balance of all of your macronutrients. Your body will thank you for the fruits and veggies later in older age.

Which of these foods are you adding to your daily meals?

What about eating tomatoes, cucumbers and onions? I grow my own vegetables.
Amazing choices! Water and fiber rich, lots of vitamins and minerals! I love that you grow your own 🫶🏾. I do the same!

BEEF, BACON, BUTTER and EGGS.
Within 90 days you will no longer be "diabetic"!
Keep it simple and reverse "diabetes"
BEEF, BACON, BUTTER and EGGS.
