What does Y shake or X shake mean?? Can someone explain it to me please?

x and y are axis’s; x means side-to-side movement and y means up-and-down movement. the shakes in this video are “float shakes” so both x and y move + rotation but the side-to-side movement is more noticeable on the x float shake and the up-and-down movement is more noticeable on the y float shake :)
