There's another way to save a preset and keeping all the values! Simply click the effect on your effects control and go to animation>save preset and it works! Anchor point is also saved so if you use your preset on any other comp size you'll have to adjust that

also with the shake thingy, just select all ur keyframes, hold alt (windows), and drag the last keyframe towards the right. that way, u keep the distance between the selected keyframes but extend the length of the whole shake :) (if u have a 2 frames gap and a 7 frames gap, those gaps will increase but proportionally to each other but the proportions will stay the same)
