In stock conditions, I'm thankful to my 1994 ST202 Celica for faithfully daily driving me all these years... IMHO this generation Celica never won championship titles it was originally designed for but it's doing a good job keeping up with today's cars in getting from A to B reliably... That, IMO is a victory that is shared by very very few legendary cars today 🏆
@@bluezedd -- While true, I doubt Toyota drew any inspiration from the Integra for this car. Since the Celica was new for '94, that'd mean they had to have been working on the design for at at least 2-3 years before that ('91-'92), well before the 3rd gen Integra came to market.
If only Scotty Kilmer had a 1994 Toyota Celica...
that guy is on drugs
2:56 LOL that seagull had me on edge the entire time! xD
I've been asking motorweek for this for like 5 years and you guys delivered it.... Just wish it was the manual, I still liked the video
Ur in luck motor week just uploaded a 1995 toyota celica retro review.
Rev up your engines!
I also asked for one in coupe for the winter and the convertible for the summer
Those were definitely some Effective daytime running lights.
Picked mine up in 2018 got me through my P1 (Red P plates) and still kicking hard till this day

TOYOTA = QUALITY!!!!!
Here's why Scotty made an internet game called Scotty simulator featuring himself and his cars
What's a Saleeka?
Celica it pronunce in a British way. Considering its Canada that is no surprise to me that they say it in that way. The American say sal-le-ka
That's my ride,,,🤗🤗🤗😊😊😊😊
Hi, just wondering, what camera was used to film this?
Where can I get that "94" hat?
I have a 95 celica gt-s manual transmission the best car
How much did u pay for it?
They pronounced it CELIKA. Proud owner here 283k mikes and still going.
Good day sir, how much is the car
THE ONLY GOOD CAR EVER MADE ACCORDING TO SCOTTY KILMER

@@JRR_x it's both depending on Region
@@1985toyotacamry He asked a question so I said how I pronounce it
Celica name derives from the Latin word coelica meaning "heavenly" or "celestial"
Selllica
2ND COMMENT - didnt this mimick the Acura Integra round light design
also the 1996-1999 Ford Taurus & the 1995-98 Neon
@@bluezedd -- The Integra came out in '94.
Celica was first with the round headlights, not the Integra
@@misamisatv yep, the 70s Celica had the dual headlights as well.

The toyota celeeker
I own this car, as well as a 1991 Honda Civic Si. As far as handling goes, it's not contest: the Civic simply KILLS the Celica.
It is still an exorbitant sum of money in 2018.
Dominic Fong $43k CAD in 2018

You also forget we made much more money then if you convert it to today's dollars
2k in France nowadays
The US definitely got the worse models of the Gen 6. Here in the UK and Japan we got the better ones no doubt.
