Great video to show the process but I'm not understanding the blot dry with used bibulous paper? Wouldn't this cause other microbes to be exposed to your sample?
Hi I'm a high school student and I'm trying to do this experiment (endospore staing) and i got problems buying malachite green soultion. So the point is do u know where to buy it or how to make it? And one more thing do u know the difference between malachite green and malachite green oxalate??? Fast answers would really help me thanks !!!!!!
