Great video, I just replaced my factory CMD unit with this Fusion. My sub used to be powerful, now i can barely hear it. Have checked all settings in unit and checked amp gain. You mentioned an installation with the sub on zone 3. To do that did you have to use a line preamp?
Great video, thank you. I am trying to decide between the RA770 or the RA670. I only need 3 Zones and would like to use DSP to tune the Fusion amp (AM504). Don't really need wi-fi. Anything I would be missing if I went with the 670?
Fantastic video. Very interested in this radio but not sure if I really need a Amp. Some say no. Some say 25 watts is laughable. Don't know what that means. All previous radios I've seen in my life at 25 watts is not enough for bass at least. Do I need an Amp also?
I have this head unit and i installed a kicker 800.1 amp and the zone 3 sub out put does not send a signal to the amp. The only way i can get it to work is use the red and white rca.
A couple of question. 1 is the Ethernet interface. Is this a true network ethernet interface which can be plugged into an ethernet switch with other devices? 2 - can interface to media storage such as a USB drive or a media sever?
Is this compatible with the Fusion nrx300 wired remote? I have a boat with an RA70 HU and NRX wired remote. I'd like to upgrade to this for a few of the features and higher preamp output voltage, but some want to lose the wired remote.
I run a charter boat. I want our charter just to be able to connect via USB vs blue tooth. What is the best way to run a USB cable from the back side out the front that makes it look good and I got a problem that the stereo is inside the boat and I want the people on the outside of the boat.
The DSP functionality on the head unit and Apollo amps is really meant for Fusion Only products. You would need to add an in-line DSP or EQ in order to tune them. I wouldn't recommend the Apollo amps with non-fusion speakers right now
I wouldn’t recommend leveraging the pre-configured DSP profiles if you have a different brand of speaker. You’ll basically will need to tune using traditional amplifier gains, HPF, LPF etc if you’re using an external amp
Most excellent video. Nice job. Now I understand more
great description and insight to its capability and features. thank you...
Excellent review
Merci beaucoup ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Good taste in music!

How do I turn the bass down?
Hi, Great video. Question - Can multiple zones be powered by the internal amp? Or is an external amp required to run the second zone?

Have you installed any of the Fusion hand mic’s yet?

I would recommend using a USB plug like this: amzn.to/3q1bcSK
Hi, so how would you tune different brand speakers paired with fusion head unit and fusion Apollo amp?
The DSP functionality on the head unit and Apollo amps is really meant for Fusion Only products. You would need to add an in-line DSP or EQ in order to tune them. I wouldn't recommend the Apollo amps with non-fusion speakers right now
Can you connect to another brand of speaker in the dsp settings in the app settings and have the same control and tuning?
I wouldn’t recommend leveraging the pre-configured DSP profiles if you have a different brand of speaker. You’ll basically will need to tune using traditional amplifier gains, HPF, LPF etc if you’re using an external amp
