•Have you tried different dmx boards? • Have you checked your wire connection? ° have you put the dmx board on program mode ? °have you tried different lights with that dmx board and they worked? If these dont work it either must be your moving head dmx ports or your dmx board
A defective soldering point on the display board triggered the error. The soldering point was touched up and the problem was solved.
