In regards to the one wish in the Broly movie, since I believe it has been deemed canon, it may be because the last time Goku used the dragon balls, and was about to wish King Kai back to life, the dragon "ran out of time" and dismissed himself. And I don't think the balls were used again after that point until the Broly movie.

When Saiyans get their tails cut off as adults that don't grow back but when they are kids they do, and certain people such as gods or Guardians have the ability or a special ability to remove the Saiyans tails permanently

Savage Saiyan looked it up goku actually did grow his back twice he got it cut off 3 times but he’s literally the only one I know to regrow it though but gotten an trunks both had theirs removed at the hospital when they was born

A bunch of these have actually been addresses... 1 - While Shenron can answer 2 or 3 wishes, he can also be sent back right after the first to be reactivated 4 months later instead of a full year (seen during the Buu saga) 2 - Toriyama admitted he had forgotten about Lunch, plain and simple. 3 - Goku's mind reading : ok, granted. 4 - the Ginyu balls were a bit further away from Frieza's spaceship and Goku found them after he failed to start Frieza's spaceship. 5 - Ginyu's original form : does he actually need one? 6 - Kaioh did teach the Kaioh-ken to Tien, Yamcha, Piccolo and Chaozu; he kept the spirit bomb because he finds it too risky to use - gathering the ki seems to require the user to be pure of heart, and handling the energy requires a lot of technique (Kulilin is the best at pure technique, acknowledged even by Vegeta) : only Goku satisfies to both requirements. As for instant transmission, while Goku can learn a technique from seeing it once, most other warriors can't - and it took Goku almost a whole year to learn it. On top of that, Goku doesn't seem to be the best teacher. 7 - Kami did say he needed the moon the first time he restored it. He didn't stop needing it after the Saiyan saga. 8 - Word of God confirms that Saiyans don't usually mate for life - Goku's parents are the exception to the rule - otherwise most children are conceived then grown in incubators. 9 - Vegeta expected his tail to grow back after his first visit to Earth, it just didn't happen. 10 - It's not a plot hole - it's simply not interesting. 11 - explanation is in the manga - he needed a universe where the God of Destruction was gone. We learn that there's a duet system between the GoD and the Kaioh-shin, and in the Cyborg's future Kaioh-shin had been killed when Buu resurrected. 12 - it simply could have been a species of sentient dinosaurs. The ones seen in Dragron Ball are mostly stupid animals; with only a few, human sized sentient ones left here and there. 13 - it really depends on the kind of punishment Yama decided on - torture works better on a body. 14 - a recessive trait doesn't mean it can't show up, it just means that it needs other traits to not suppress it. This could be caused by something as dumb as "no blue hair". And with Goku gone and Chi-chi knowing about the tails, she may have decided to cut it on Gohan and Goten when it grew back, simple as that. 15 - Saiyen stay SMALL until they are 15 or so - Goku only grew up after that. As for Maron, she could simply take after her dad. 16 - it did happen before, if you consider Buu getting out of the Room of Space and Time. There could be weak points in the fabric of the universe(s) 17 - Or they simply could have been killed by Frieza. 18 - Goku doesn't want to live forever. Moreover, the plant doesn't prevent aging - so Bulma wouldn't be interested. It could also be because you'd need to be granted immortality by the Millenium Phoenix, on top of eating the plant. But that stupid bird died of food poisoning. 19 - Considering how little Android 16 valued his own existence, he may have been unhappy about being brought back to "life". 20 - there was no-one at the end of the last martial arts tournament to witness the real fight between Goku and Piccolo - the others were a bit of a joke compared to it.

the sajans growing timeline discrepancies could be because the training regime ... maybe they slow aging only when they are on peak performance meaning while training/fighting and they age faster when they get soft like gohan did while carring for his family
6:35 i think that this might be the reason. In the first dragon ball series, Goku's tail was cut off 3 times. When his tail grew back at the Tenkaichi tournament, it was the day of a full moon, after which Goku turned great ape and went bersek, leading Muten Roshi to destroy the moon. Gohan was born with a tail, and there was still a moon which kami had created at that time. When he saw the full moon he transformed, thus leading Piccolo to destroy the moon. but then again, an image of a full moon was created by the capsule Goku came in to earth, and Gohan's tail grew back. If we closely observe, the tail of a saiyan could grow in an instant when it's the day of the full moon. So considering all of this, i say that a saiyan has the ability to grow a tail, only in the presence of a full moon. Furthermore, after the moon was destroyed by Piccolo, neither Goku's nor Gohan's nor Vegeta's tail grew back. This theory is not confirmed yet, but i believe this is the reason : The tails of a Saiyan grows when the planet they are on, has a full moon. It also maybe the reason why Saiyans transform into a great ape when they see a full moon. Or Toriyama just forgot or found it irritating to draw a tail.
I think the problem with tails is that Goten, Trunks and Bulla were conceived when their fathers had learn Super Saiyan. We know of S-Cells, unique to a saiyan, maybe they change a saiyan on the genetical level depending on their level of S-Cells.
As i remember it Goku told the gang after his talk with Trunks about the Androids that he jumped in one of the Ginyu Force's spacepod and just start pressing buttons to leave Namek before it exploded and crash landed on Yardrat. Seems lilke a solved mystery to me.
Yepp thats exactly how it was explained in the manga, and with Vegeta also commenting that the Ginyu force was originally send to Yadrat to conquer that planet, and thats why Goku ended there.

Wasn’t that just an energy ball for luntz waves? He didn’t even shoot it out of orbit, just a few hundred feet up if the animation can be taken seriously. Energy balls stay the same speed when they leave the hand in dragonball, so the fake moon orb wasn’t that far away. Maybe I’m wrong.

But that makes no sense, it’s like having the ability to grow a second row of teeth until you have more teeth than a second row could provide. Great AoE is a multiplier for power, how can you become more powerful than a multiplier? Can Goku only use Kaioken until he becomes more powerful than it in base form? It’s clear that Toriyama forgot again, or it’s a different universe where the same thing happened but this option was unavailable. Think of a story you enjoy but wish the ending was different. Here's another mystery. In the Namek Saga, when Vegeta asked why didn't Frieza used the Namekian Dragonballs once he had them. Goku stated they won't work without a password. The question is how did Goku knew this if he just arrived on Namek and never saw the Namekian Dragonballs?
The thing in the broly movie with gogeta and broly is that they were moving so fast that it basically made everything look like a mirage world. They were clashing in the mountains during that part in the fight. Just like the whole fight. I always wondered how they could see so fast and what would it look like seeing things moving that fast. I believe it's like they're going so fast it's like they broke time
I think the telepathic thing is wrong. He may have used it in the Android/Cell saga while he was recovering from the Heart Virus because how else was he able to track current events and immediately know about there being the next level of super saiyan. Also, if I remember, Shenron could only grant 2 wishes as the earth dragonballs weren't as good as the namekian ones when dende upgraded them
There's another mystery. Both Gohan and Pan proved something about half breed Saiyans. Anger triggers a massive and uncontrollable power release. Why haven't we seen this with Trunks and Goten? Also, if that is the truth then why doesn't Gohan train to focus his anger and harness the power? If he could tap into that he'd probably be number one in the series. Since Broly's power is also controlled by anger I've always suspected he's a half breed of some sort. Yes, Vegeta can explode like no other ( Like when Bulma was smacked by Berus ) but it still doesn't explain it. If anger truly is the ultimate boost then why hasn't Vegeta focused on it? He has more than enough experience based evidence to do the math. He's a brilliant fighter.

meh goku didn't teach vegeta because of vegeta's pride. even if goku was willing to teach vegeta, vegeta would refuse because he wants to relay on his own power. they had to twist vegeta's arm to even do fusion.
By the time they reached king kai's star they are just as strong if not stronger than goku was when he arrived so it still doesn't make sense why he didn't teach them it. The spirit bomb I get on account of them not having pure hearts
@@isaaclara4046 to be honest i think the only reason king kai didn't teach the others is because they couldn't handle to strain. goku since he has saiyan biology he was able to bear with it. and the reason besides saiyan rivalry is because vegeta probably thought the cons of kaioken out weight the pros of kaioken since excessive uses tend to vulnerable afterwards. and that super saiyan power was a lot more effective then kaioken and safer.
Goku doesn't share his techniques because of cell. He keeps them to himself so his opponents wont learn of them. Another reason is because Vageta is always betraying/lerking and talking about how hes gunna surpass Goku and take him. Goku isn't neccesarily worried about Vageta betraying him, rather wants Vageta to find his own way to beat Goku. Worthy opponent. Also because he wants to use them as a last resort against enemy's or friendly competition. A great example of this is Beerus. Beerus didnt know of Kio Ken X10. Goku didn't want it known, so he could use it secretly.
I can at least answer why Zamasu was in Trunk's timeline. It's likely because Trunk's timeline is the original unaltered timeline and therefore the "purest" one.
I once read that Toriyama originally planned to end the series with Frieza. So the consistency issue is understandable here. From what I heard Goku was originally meant to die on Namek. Now I've never seen a direct reference to Toriyama on this so it could just be a rumor, but one can't deny that it makes sense.

Anything type of strategy/thinking/planning involved with Goku, that isn't physical, goes against his character. He generally likes being at a disadvantage or at a level where the situation favors leap frogging of an opponent and his own strengths.

Gohan inherited the trait but for Trunks and Goten the mothers' genes won out. This one actually works perfectly fine.

Actually Shenrom can grant 3 wishes. [1] 1st wish was made by Bulma to know where is last super dragon ball is? But Shenron was unable to tale and Beerus asked him to go away by calling a useless lizard. [2] 2nd wish was made to restore the Pan's health by Gohan when she had fever. Goku was about to resurrect everyone on King Kai's planet but as he was too late to make the wish Shenron just go away without granting any wish. [3] And last the 3rd wish was made by Chillai.
My Unsolved Mystery: I want to see Vegeta's mother. I know this is trivial and has no merit in the dragon ball universe but the same could be said about Goku's mom, Gine. Usually, if they introduce only one parent in the anime universe I automatically think that "Oh no, the mother/father died when he/she was little, oh well moving on." But ever since Toriyama introduced Vegeta's brother Tarble, I can't help but wonder who Vegeta's mother was. What was she like, what traits does Vegeta get from her, and do Trunks and Bulla/Bra share some of those traits too. At least give me a name. Overall, I know this is pointless but I'm still curious. I also want to know more about Vegeta and Bulma's relationship. I know Saiyans are attracted to strong females and Bulma definitely fits that category. However, I feel that there is more to it than that for Vegeta and Bulma but I'm probably just overthinking things.
Watching this video made me think: he’s KING Vegeta. Maybe he didn’t have a wife and instead had a harem and Vegeta mother was just some random saiyan woman.
I think it was due to the time between the destruction of planet vegeta and the freeza saga. Shenron can only do so much, and i think that he has like a time law where he can only revive someone within a year or two. I might be wrong tho, so anyone feel free to correct me on this.
He can only revive them if they have not reincarnated already. Also they will revive at location they died at. If their were saiyan's revived. they revived in space.
Also, saiyans generally aren't good people. They literally send their babies to destroy civilizations so they can sell them for a profit. Genetically goku was driven to destroy the planet until a severe concussion changed him. The only purpose it would serve likely would be to create a new enemy.

Goku didn't share kaioken technique to his friends because it's a really dangerous technique. Only a very strong body can handle such an ability, it's not good for human beings like krillin, tien, yamcha and others. It's probably why.

Team four star included that in their abridged series but the idea actually comes from toriyama in a Q&A answer, 16 was modelled after his deceased son who fell to a enemy bullet. TFS's version had it changed to Goku's stray kamehameha though.
Speaking of Android 16 not being revived with a wish, wasn't Android 8 revived when he (along with everyone else) was killed by Kid Buu? I'm fairly certain he was purely mechanical, so clearly the Dragon can bring back mechanical lifeforms, unless this only happened in the anime version.

Is anyone else slightly confused by this? Vegeta didn’t originally have a body when he was sent to the afterlife. He was given his body back by king Yemma in order to help Goku fight Super Buu. It was explained right there in the buu saga. How is that a mystery?!?
Just in what way? Personally though I don’t like how Super were the Z Fighters are treated like useless and backward characters on one end. And Goku & Vegeta are given more attention to another. This is why I like Dragon Ball Z better.

Plot hole 20 is easy to answer. Mr Satan claims it’s all light shows and tricks and this implies that everything up to that point was as well, it effectively explains away their powers causing them to remain in obscurity and the Z fighters are more then happy to go along with this. Mr Satan, in effect, rewrites history and the world buys into it.
If I'm not mistaken, in the dragon ball series, master roshi tells goku and krillin that he drank from a fountain of youth and thats why he is immortal.
Nope. Vegeta specifically says after stepping out of the healing tank following the battle on Earth that it will grow back in time. I'd always assumed he and the others kept their tails trimmed thereafter because Super Saiyan makes the Oozaru transformation unnecessary.
Vegita's burst open and mix is an artificial moon to give off the bluts waves. When gohan transforms into the great ape vegita states that the fake moon will be there for a few hrs, and then gets gohans tail. The second time the moon was destroyed it was nothing more than a projection from goku's original space pod.
Sayians tales only regenerate if your power level is under the strength of a great ape, if your stronger then a great ape, your tail doesn’t grow back.

My answers... 1. I haven't watched that movie. 2. She hit her head when she was little, like Goku. She just kept looking for Tenshinhan forever. Or maybe she committed suicide when she found him and he turned her down. 3. Goku said he "had a feeling it would work", so maybe it was just an one-time-only-thing that the universe (or Zeno!) allowed to happen for whatever reason. 4. If he was fast enough to escape from Freeza's energy ball the moment it exploded, I bet he's fast enough for anything. 5. I theorize Ginyu is million years old and he was originally an evil Kai whom the other Kais tried to kill because he was evil. He managed to escape thanks to his ability. 6. The writer of the "Bringer of Death" fanfic gives a good explanation. Kaioken becomes less effective as one's power level increases, so after the Freeza Saga, there was no point for the others to learn it. 7. Maybe Earth has many moons. 8. Maybe she died while giving birth to him. 9. Similar to Question #6, I think the Oozaru boost becomes less effective as one's base power increases, so, past one point, there is no point for a Saiyan to transform, and their body doesn't bother to grow back a tail. 10. There is no real evidence that Goku got a lot stronger during those 3 years. 11. He wanted to avoid being tracked by Zeno. 12. Maybe a few dinosaurs survived Beerus' wrath. 13. I think those were pseudo-bodies with no real power, which explains how Pikuhan defeated Cell so easily. 14. It was stated in the manga that Trunks had his tail removed by Kami. 15. Each kid grows up at their own pace -- it happens in real life too. 16. Perhaps it is not very likely to happen, so most of the time, it just doesn't happen to... happen. 17. Same as Question #1. 18. Death isn't a big deal in Dragon Ball, so they just don't feel like living forever. 19. They just forgot about him. Sad. I hope there is an afterlife for robots in Dragon Ball. 20. I theorize that, at some point during the five years between the Piccolo Saga and the beginning of Z, the heroes gathered the dragonballs and wished for those events to be erased from the memories of the masses.
Tien isn't fully human and apparently ages more slowly than humans. In DB he was over 20, he'd have to be pushing 80 by the end of GT. Yeah Toriyama eventually decided that he's part Human, part "3-eyed people". Not much else to go on really. Other than how Tien can't use the full extent of those powers unless he is able to purge the dark teachings of the Crane Hermit from his soul. Yeah, not sure what that means either.
@@marhawkman303 Tenshinhan, Yamcha and Bulma are all 51 years old by the end of Dragon Ball Z (right now in Super they are around 45 years old), they were born in age 733, he was 20 when he fought Goku in the tournament.
THE REASON SHENRON CAN ONLY MAKE ONE WISH IS: 6 months prior was the episode where Goku was going to revive King Kai. At the end of the episode Shenron did not grant the last wish. Canonically that means he can grant that wish in under a year after he recharges.
the other fighters probably couldn't handle Kaioken because it was too taxing on their body, since none of them were in the same shape Goku was, obviously.

In regards to the one wish in the Broly movie, since I believe it has been deemed canon, it may be because the last time Goku used the dragon balls, and was about to wish King Kai back to life, the dragon "ran out of time" and dismissed himself. And I don't think the balls were used again after that point until the Broly movie.

1 - While Shenron can answer 2 or 3 wishes, he can also be sent back right after the first to be reactivated 4 months later instead of a full year (seen during the Buu saga)
2 - Toriyama admitted he had forgotten about Lunch, plain and simple.
3 - Goku's mind reading : ok, granted.
4 - the Ginyu balls were a bit further away from Frieza's spaceship and Goku found them after he failed to start Frieza's spaceship.
5 - Ginyu's original form : does he actually need one?
6 - Kaioh did teach the Kaioh-ken to Tien, Yamcha, Piccolo and Chaozu; he kept the spirit bomb because he finds it too risky to use - gathering the ki seems to require the user to be pure of heart, and handling the energy requires a lot of technique (Kulilin is the best at pure technique, acknowledged even by Vegeta) : only Goku satisfies to both requirements. As for instant transmission, while Goku can learn a technique from seeing it once, most other warriors can't - and it took Goku almost a whole year to learn it. On top of that, Goku doesn't seem to be the best teacher.
7 - Kami did say he needed the moon the first time he restored it. He didn't stop needing it after the Saiyan saga.
8 - Word of God confirms that Saiyans don't usually mate for life - Goku's parents are the exception to the rule - otherwise most children are conceived then grown in incubators.
9 - Vegeta expected his tail to grow back after his first visit to Earth, it just didn't happen.
10 - It's not a plot hole - it's simply not interesting.
11 - explanation is in the manga - he needed a universe where the God of Destruction was gone. We learn that there's a duet system between the GoD and the Kaioh-shin, and in the Cyborg's future Kaioh-shin had been killed when Buu resurrected.
12 - it simply could have been a species of sentient dinosaurs. The ones seen in Dragron Ball are mostly stupid animals; with only a few, human sized sentient ones left here and there.
13 - it really depends on the kind of punishment Yama decided on - torture works better on a body.
14 - a recessive trait doesn't mean it can't show up, it just means that it needs other traits to not suppress it. This could be caused by something as dumb as "no blue hair". And with Goku gone and Chi-chi knowing about the tails, she may have decided to cut it on Gohan and Goten when it grew back, simple as that.
15 - Saiyen stay SMALL until they are 15 or so - Goku only grew up after that. As for Maron, she could simply take after her dad.
16 - it did happen before, if you consider Buu getting out of the Room of Space and Time. There could be weak points in the fabric of the universe(s)
17 - Or they simply could have been killed by Frieza.
18 - Goku doesn't want to live forever. Moreover, the plant doesn't prevent aging - so Bulma wouldn't be interested. It could also be because you'd need to be granted immortality by the Millenium Phoenix, on top of eating the plant. But that stupid bird died of food poisoning.
19 - Considering how little Android 16 valued his own existence, he may have been unhappy about being brought back to "life".
20 - there was no-one at the end of the last martial arts tournament to witness the real fight between Goku and Piccolo - the others were a bit of a joke compared to it.

the sajans growing timeline discrepancies could be because the training regime ... maybe they slow aging only when they are on peak performance meaning while training/fighting and they age faster when they get soft like gohan did while carring for his family

In the first dragon ball series, Goku's tail was cut off 3 times. When his tail grew back at the Tenkaichi tournament, it was the day of a full moon, after which Goku turned great ape and went bersek, leading Muten Roshi to destroy the moon.
Gohan was born with a tail, and there was still a moon which kami had created at that time. When he saw the full moon he transformed, thus leading Piccolo to destroy the moon. but then again, an image of a full moon was created by the capsule Goku came in to earth, and Gohan's tail grew back. If we closely observe, the tail of a saiyan could grow in an instant when it's the day of the full moon. So considering all of this, i say that a saiyan has the ability to grow a tail, only in the presence of a full moon. Furthermore, after the moon was destroyed by Piccolo, neither Goku's nor Gohan's nor Vegeta's tail grew back. This theory is not confirmed yet, but i believe this is the reason :
The tails of a Saiyan grows when the planet they are on, has a full moon. It also maybe the reason why Saiyans transform into a great ape when they see a full moon.
Or Toriyama just forgot or found it irritating to draw a tail.

I think the problem with tails is that Goten, Trunks and Bulla were conceived when their fathers had learn Super Saiyan. We know of S-Cells, unique to a saiyan, maybe they change a saiyan on the genetical level depending on their level of S-Cells.

As i remember it Goku told the gang after his talk with Trunks about the Androids that he jumped in one of the Ginyu Force's spacepod and just start pressing buttons to leave Namek before it exploded and crash landed on Yardrat. Seems lilke a solved mystery to me.
Yepp thats exactly how it was explained in the manga, and with Vegeta also commenting that the Ginyu force was originally send to Yadrat to conquer that planet, and thats why Goku ended there.

It’s the dragon’s power that matters, not the power of the person making the wish. It’s clear that Toriyama forgot again, or it’s a different universe where the same thing happened but this option was unavailable. Think of a story you enjoy but wish the ending was different. Dragonball has that option 12 or so times.

Here's another mystery. In the Namek Saga, when Vegeta asked why didn't Frieza used the Namekian Dragonballs once he had them. Goku stated they won't work without a password. The question is how did Goku knew this if he just arrived on Namek and never saw the Namekian Dragonballs?

The thing in the broly movie with gogeta and broly is that they were moving so fast that it basically made everything look like a mirage world. They were clashing in the mountains during that part in the fight. Just like the whole fight. I always wondered how they could see so fast and what would it look like seeing things moving that fast. I think the telepathic thing is wrong. He may have used it in the Android/Cell saga while he was recovering from the Heart Virus because how else was he able to track current events and immediately know about there being the next level of super saiyan.

There's another mystery. Both Gohan and Pan proved something about half breed Saiyans. Anger triggers a massive and uncontrollable power release. Why haven't we seen this with Trunks and Goten? Also, if that is the truth then why doesn't Gohan train to focus his anger and harness the power? If he could tap into that he'd probably be number one in the series. Since Broly's power is also controlled by anger I've always suspected he's a half breed of some sort. Yes, Vegeta can explode like no other ( Like when Bulma was smacked by Berus ) but it still doesn't explain it. If anger truly is the ultimate boost then why hasn't Vegeta focused on it? He has more than enough experience based evidence to do the math. He's a brilliant fighter.

King kai is the teacher of the kaioken goku likely couldn't teach it to someone if he wanted as he's a better learner and not very bright

@@isaaclara4046 to be honest i think the only reason king kai didn't teach the others is because they couldn't handle to strain. goku since he has saiyan biology he was able to bear with it.
and the reason besides saiyan rivalry is because vegeta probably thought the cons of kaioken out weight the pros of kaioken since excessive uses tend to vulnerable afterwards. and that super saiyan power was a lot more effective then kaioken and safer.
Goku doesn't share his techniques because of cell. He keeps them to himself so his opponents wont learn of them. Another reason is because Vageta is always betraying/lerking and talking about how hes gunna surpass Goku and take him. Goku isn't neccesarily worried about Vageta betraying him, rather wants Vageta to find his own way to beat Goku. Worthy opponent. Also because he wants to use them as a last resort against enemy's or friendly competition. A great example of this is Beerus. Beerus didnt know of Kio Ken X10. Goku didn't want it known, so he could use it secretly.
Plus Vegeta is too proud to accept any help from Kakarot. If Goku offered to teach him, he would refuse.

Now I've never seen a direct reference to Toriyama on this so it could just be a rumor, but one can't deny that it makes sense.

My Unsolved Mystery: I want to see Vegeta's mother. I know this is trivial and has no merit in the dragon ball universe but the same could be said about Goku's mom, Gine. Usually, if they introduce only one parent in the anime universe I automatically think that "Oh no, the mother/father died when he/she was little, oh well moving on." But ever since Toriyama introduced Vegeta's brother Tarble, I can't help but wonder who Vegeta's mother was. What was she like, what traits does Vegeta get from her, and do Trunks and Bulla/Bra share some of those traits too. At least give me a name. Overall, I know this is pointless but I'm still curious. I also want to know more about Vegeta and Bulma's relationship. I know Saiyans are attracted to strong females and Bulma definitely fits that category. However, I feel that there is more to it than that for Vegeta and Bulma but I'm probably just overthinking things.

I think it was due to the time between the destruction of planet vegeta and the freeza saga. Shenron can only do so much, and i think that he has like a time law where he can only revive someone within a year or two. I might be wrong tho, so anyone feel free to correct me on this.

He can only revive them if they have not reincarnated already. Also they will revive at location they died at. If their were saiyan's revived. they revived in space.
Also, saiyans generally aren't good people. They literally send their babies to destroy civilizations so they can sell them for a profit. Genetically goku was driven to destroy the planet until a severe concussion changed him. The only purpose it would serve likely would be to create a new enemy.

Speaking of Android 16 not being revived with a wish, wasn't Android 8 revived when he (along with everyone else) was killed by Kid Buu? I'm fairly certain he was purely mechanical, so clearly the Dragon can bring back mechanical lifeforms, unless this only happened in the anime version.
Android 17 and 18 weren't purely robotic/mechanical. They were human corpses turned into Cyborgs by Doctor Gero.

Is anyone else slightly confused by this? Vegeta didn’t originally have a body when he was sent to the afterlife. He was given his body back by king Yemma in order to help Goku fight Super Buu. It was explained right there in the buu saga. How is that a mystery?!?
The mind reading technique was used in the buu saga on majin buu when Goku and Vegeta got absorbed as Vegito.

Plot hole 20 is easy to answer. Mr Satan claims it’s all light shows and tricks and this implies that everything up to that point was as well, it effectively explains away their powers causing them to remain in obscurity and the Z fighters are more then happy to go along with this. Mr Satan, in effect, rewrites history and the world buys into it.

Nope. Vegeta specifically says after stepping out of the healing tank following the battle on Earth that it will grow back in time. I'd always assumed he and the others kept their tails trimmed thereafter because Super Saiyan makes the Oozaru transformation unnecessary.

Vegita's burst open and mix is an artificial moon to give off the bluts waves. When gohan transforms into the great ape vegita states that the fake moon will be there for a few hrs, and then gets gohans tail. The second time the moon was destroyed it was nothing more than a projection from goku's original space pod.
Sayians tales only regenerate if your power level is under the strength of a great ape, if your stronger then a great ape, your tail doesn’t grow back.

1. I haven't watched that movie.
2. She hit her head when she was little, like Goku. She just kept looking for Tenshinhan forever. Or maybe she committed suicide when she found him and he turned her down.
3. Goku said he "had a feeling it would work", so maybe it was just an one-time-only-thing that the universe (or Zeno!) allowed to happen for whatever reason.
4. If he was fast enough to escape from Freeza's energy ball the moment it exploded, I bet he's fast enough for anything.
5. I theorize Ginyu is million years old and he was originally an evil Kai whom the other Kais tried to kill because he was evil. He managed to escape thanks to his ability.
6. The writer of the "Bringer of Death" fanfic gives a good explanation. Kaioken becomes less effective as one's power level increases, so after the Freeza Saga, there was no point for the others to learn it.
7. Maybe Earth has many moons.
8. Maybe she died while giving birth to him.
9. Similar to Question #6, I think the Oozaru boost becomes less effective as one's base power increases, so, past one point, there is no point for a Saiyan to transform, and their body doesn't bother to grow back a tail.

Tien isn't fully human and apparently ages more slowly than humans. In DB he was over 20, he'd have to be pushing 80 by the end of GT.
Yeah Toriyama eventually decided that he's part Human, part "3-eyed people". Not much else to go on really. Other than how Tien can't use the full extent of those powers unless he is able to purge the dark teachings of the Crane Hermit from his soul. Yeah, not sure what that means either.

6 months prior was the episode where Goku was going to revive King Kai.
At the end of the episode Shenron did not grant the last wish.
Canonically that means he can grant that wish in under a year after he recharges.
the other fighters probably couldn't handle Kaioken because it was too taxing on their body, since none of them were in the same shape Goku was, obviously.
