- Thank you so much to the best doctors and trainers in the game! I got my cast off and now it's time to get started with rehabilitation in order to rebuild range of motion, flexibility, and strength.

having a cast removed is literally the best feeling ever. when the fresh air finally gets in contact with your skin it just feels great and you finally get to itch it
No way it feels like you can't use that part anymore it's really wierd

I had elbow surgery from injuries in the Army and it has made a big difference in mobility. You will come out of this stronger!
I’ve gotten surgery that took me away from baseball for 4 months. It was tough to get back to normal and it still affects me, because it was my catching hand. I don’t play anymore, but it was tough to get back at the time. It sucks at first but it makes you better in the future. Best of luck, I know you’ll be even better than before!

Stay focused and maintain your patience. I have not had my elbow scoped but i did tear my bicep tendon and have to have surgery. You have the best looking out for you so trust the process.

I don't miss those days. I had rotator cuff surgery back in the day of my playing days. Just don't rush anything.

If you ever have stitches again, look for Tegaderm bandages. I used them on my wrist to protect the stitches when I showered. They are on Amazon and they come in different sizes. You’ve probably seen them before. Hospitals use them to protect IVs. Dialysis patients also use them to protect their catheters in the shower or when swimming. Get well soon!

I've had a lot of cast and bandages like that it is not fun Alex. When I got mine off I had the same amount of pain and how it felt was weird. Good luck Alex.

Got mine removed today after a 2 month cast. Arm feels lighter than air. Expect your arm to look super skinny once the cast comes off. Warm water with lemon will get the dead skin removed. Gonna start my physio from tom. Hny and speedy recovery lads .

Wow! I just had elbow surgery broke my elbow longboarding I am at like the 2 1/2 week mark after surgery have a brace on my arm doing the same thing range of motion stretches surgeon of mine wasn’t too detailed on what to do but this video helped me out a lot

ALEX! I BROKE MY ELBOW 2 SEASONS AGO PLAYING BASEBALL! I WAS DOING LONGTOSS BEFORE A HOME GAME, AND I THREW THE BALL AND MY ELBOW JUST CRACKED AND THE BALL WENT 20ft FROM MY PARTNER, LITERALLY FELT LIKE MY ELBOW EXPLODED, MOST DISGUSTING THING IVE EVER EXPERIENCED, I COULD PHYSICALLY FEEL WHERE THE SEPARATION HAD OCCURED, ANYWAYS, AFTER 3 MONTHS OF BEING IN A CAST AND WATCHING THE BOYS PLAY THE GAME I SO DEARLY LOVE, THE CAST WAS FINALLY CUT OFF BUT I COULD NOT MOVE MY ELBOW AT ALL... WHAT YOURE EXPERIENCING IS TOTALLY NORMAL AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A CHAT WITH YOU AND HELP YOU THROUGH THIS AND SHARE MY EXPERIENCES, BUT IF I COULD STRESS ONE THING IT WOULD BE TO KEEP ON THE FREAKIN GRIND AND PUSH THROUGH ALL THE SUFFERING AT PHYSIO BECAUSE BELIEVE ME, ONCE YOURE FULLY HEALED IT IS THE BEST FEEING IN THE WORLD!! The Stove Show did you have elbow problems before the incident or did it just happen.
Mr Clean nope, it just happened all of a sudden on one throw... doc said I overtrained and made the muscle running between my two main bones in my elbow to big so that when I threw the ball the muscles flexed and separated the bones causing the break.
The Stove Show I’m lit for my freshman year of high school because of a upper bicep tear, happens from bad throwing form and overuse and i injured it during long toss to bro pretty bummed but imma make a comeback next year
