Another thing that you can notice is when normally he bans people (specially trolls), he begin to insult and blane them and next he started to ban, but in this case You can see he tries to shadow ban this two viewers without mention anything, this make me think that he is totally aware of his actions and he knows when he can act like a victim or banning without explanation.
When you zoom in, look at how glazed (Shinko TM) over his eyes are.. Look how droopy they are..

It's sad how he mentions trolling when there wasn't any. It's the most weakest of excuses and he always repeats them. He's like the man who cries trolls

The annoying things is, as much of dishonest act and possibly a scam this is (in the sense that DSP didn't follow through on something after getting paid), it's not something that could get him banned off TH-cam, or at least to what I've been able to deduce from their ToS. If you did bring this up with TH-cam, they'd probably just brush it off and say, "It wasn't done through our service. Take it up with PayPal".
DSP walks in this very weird grey area. What he is doing is morally wrong, but he isn't doing anything that would break any rules of TH-cam.
What he is doing though, is strongly hinting at people to make sock accounts to create more members. That I believe is against TH-cam ToS.
He's pretty much a small time crook living off from scamming people on TH-cam.
Isnt asking people to go through Paypal to give him money rather than through YT's own superchat system where they get a cut against the ToS?
@@ariellee2329 It might violate their Fake Engagement Policy, as these wouldn't be new people, but the same person multiple times. You make up to 50 separate accounts under the same email from what I found out. However, there doesn't seem to be anything that says having multiple channel memberships for one TH-camr specifically is not allowed.
I've never heard Phil saying this, but if he has, then we need to clip that and send it to TH-cam. Trouble is, him "hinting" at it and and not flat out saying it might not be enough to get him banned. He would need to say it clear as day for that to work.
One thing that I'm pretty sure he's said that could get him into trouble, is saying that Memberships are a form of crowdfunding, which it states in the Membership ToS they aren't. That's about the only thing I've seen/heard so far.
The only person reliability getting Phil canceled, is Phil himself. Just sit back and enjoy the show.

Wow. A new tip animation. He yelled at a guy in chat a while ago for asking him to add more tip animations. Phil said he couldn't draw or animate so how was he suposed to make new tip animations. The usual DSP BS where he makes anything outside of his normal routine seem impossible.I remember thinking that he was exaggerating how hard it would be since he could just use clips from his stream and gameplay. Maybe evewn use memes like this seems to be. Looks like he figured it out.

The other thing this shows is that Phil thinks $50 is a small donation, if a stranger GAVE me $50 and said "just make sure you credit me", I would be on my hands and knees thanking this dude and I certainly wouldn't forget like less than 48 hours later. He's such a pos can't wait till the day it all collapses around him
All of it is so petty, as well. The rounding down he does for tip totals, hiding donos, desperately pleading whenever he's going to skip a stream. You could replace him with a naughty 8 year old and you'd get the same stream. Give an 8 year old $100k a year (and kick the parents out of the picture), you'd get the same financial predicament. He talks like a child that's just been called out, constantly squirming and belittling those around him because his parents aren't around.
And for people wanting some kind of comeuppance, Phil is 40. He is mentally 8. The comeuppance happened when he completely failed to launch into adulthood.

Notice when he starts talking about an uncomfortable topic, i.e. money, the sniffing and throat clearing kicks into hyper drive. Another one is when he's talking about his wife. When he's just playing the game, he hardly does it.

HEY leys remember now....these are FUN, INTERACTIVE STREAMS.
Rambling is common among liars, and it shows here in this video. DSP got caught in his lie, and he tries to explain it away, but ends up adding on and adding on to everything he says. Liars do this for two reasons:
1) They're seeking approval. When approached with a simple question, a truthful person keeps their answers short, mostly because the question is very minor. Liars stack onto their answers accepted as the truthh. DSP does this a lot. When you see it, you know he's lying. Pay attention to it from this point onwards
2) Rambling allows the liar to escape their current reality. Phil got caught red-handed, and he knows it. He can't just shut off the stream, he can't get up off the chair and walk out, and he can't dodge the question since someone paid to ask it. Flight is out of the question, so he now much choose to fight; i.e. confront the question. Instead of keeping his answers short, he rambles about the stream, detractors, getting harrassed, and anything else he can dig up. He's basically answering questions that no one asked; lairs do this A LOT. so again pay attention to Phil when he does this.

Phil did a similar thing for a Legends Arceus tip. He received the 25 dollars to name a pokemon in an earlier stream (for a Huisian Growlithe if I recall correctly) and literally never fulfilled that tip nickname incentive despite this being at well before his final stream. "I'm human, I forget." is a fine sentiment but when people have to hound you so you'll be transparent or fulfill the smallest of promises it feels less like watching a 40 year old man and more like helping a child remember their lunchbox for school.

As dumb as it is, i'd love to see an email exchange between one of these two people and DSP asking him to unban them. Im not sure if DSP ever gives a response to his unban requests or if its either he unbans you or not, but i'd love to see a conversation between the two on WHY the person was banned.
