I finally saw Senses Fail live last year. I cried during this song. The drummer gave me his stick, and the lead guitar player gave me his pick. I am the happiest fan boy there has ever been. Im also almost 30 haha #notashamed
I know these live dvds are doctored during post production but this is senses fail at their very best. And it's nice to see Jason using that mic. He was a brilliant addition to this band.
@@JimmyJam427 mine too. LINAWR era was something special, except Buddy didn't sing the best during that time. It's still my favorite lineup they've had tho.
@@cashlayton1313 100% agree this was their best lineup. The harmonies that Garret and Heath had were incredible. The Renacer lineup comes in as a close 2nd for me.
For some reason, this song brings tears to my eyes. Not like I can relate to the subject matter, but you can feel the emotion in this song coming out of every note they play and every word they sing. They performed this song so damn well. THIS is why I love this band.
Man remind me of 10th grade back in 2005, the prime of Senses Fail, we knew these guy would be our favorite band, even till today. Me and my Buddys from high school still jam this till this day
This song is SOOOO much better live. Dang I really love this song but hearing it live makes me want to get to a concert ASAP. Too bad their concerts are in the middle of the week and I'm in college :(
i actually liked "the fire", although heath's absence is pretty apparent in the album it's still good in my opinion, their best has got to be from the depths though in my opinion...i loved that EP
I relate to you Buddy, I completely understand. You express your emotions in your music beautifully. You are one of the best lyricists out their. actually you are the best! See you tommorow.
@hoodshardcore Actually, and I know I'm gonna feel the need to say this on every vid from that show, they sounded like this. Go watch any of the videos people recorded, they sound just like the do in the DVD. The reason the drums are muted are because every other instrument and the vocals had direct feeds and were being recorded, the drums were just picked up from a mic set up around them, so it doesn't pick it up as well
are there any vids of Senses Fail's early concerts? Please direct me to them if you can, I'm so plastered... can't find them. Wanna see these guys at their beginning, such strong lyrics in every album.
@punkmechanicalkid look up all the songs from the first ep live. I know there are professionally shot videos for steven, free fall without a parachute, handguns, and 187 all up on youtube.
@punkmechanicalkid I think the DVD w/ the special edition of "Let it enfold you" is what you're searching ^^' There are some live I think from this DVD ;) (I don't remember but it's probably entitled "Then and again"...) I'm french so... Sorry for the mistakes! :)
You know something is good live whenyou feel like you are at a concert A CONCERT>>>>>>>> sound doesnt matter when you HAVEA FUCKING HEART !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
love to see the whole band singing in. This is easily their song that hits me the hardest.

#teamnoshame. If some of their shit doesn't make you cry, what are you even doing with your life?

it's so weird how none of these ppl are in senses fail anymore (except buddy obv)
Right?!? This is the best line up imo

The original lineup from like 02-03 was the best

Senses Fail does not get nearly as as much credit as they should.
This song is a masterpiece !
Heaths voice gives me the chills.....makes me think about Midtown, they sound so much better live when they all sing.
Midtown ❤️
The chorus where everyone started singing, i thought that was amazing!
been a fan since Let It Enfold You came out (I was 7 or 8)

Love it!🔥
Dude from high school showed us this for a presentation
most unique voice i've ever heard from a hardcore band. Why did they lose the lead guitarist :(

Been these guys followers since 6th grade. :)
I miss Heath so much.
Like it's probably been said, I'm sure this is mostly auto-tuned, but those backup vocals man... great performance.

Id like to nail the lyrics of this song to my dads forehead
Holy shit. This is a video where Buddy isn't drunk!! He actually sing some what in key.
Where did the hi-hat hits go at 1:08?

@punkmechanicalkid There's a live vid of "Free Fall without a Parachute", he has long curly hair, pretty noticeable.
are there any vids of Senses Fail's early concerts? Please direct me to them if you can, I'm so plastered... can't find them. Wanna see these guys at their beginning, such strong lyrics in every album.
@skatebaker31 I guess the sound of the show was edited in studio later cause it's the DVD version
better than the album version

@punkmechanicalkid look up all the songs from the first ep live. I know there are professionally shot videos for steven, free fall without a parachute, handguns, and 187 all up on youtube.

@S7RauzZz you would think, but i was there at this show and his voice was dead on that night
@punkmechanicalkid It's "Then and Now" sorry ^^'

Hopefully for Buddy, the guitarist can sing !

All the other 10000000 views? it must be a bug.

@S7RauzZz i was there, they sounded this good live lol
