I remember going to this show back in the day. Right after senses fail, MCR played. Either Coheed or Brand New headlined that night. What a time to be in this music scene.
@@RiggedandReady I just happened to feel a little nostalgic today and listen to a bunch of stuff I loved in highschool. I love your username by the way. Northstar was awesome!
@PeeWeeGerman1313 Sometimes, I think I am perpetually stuck in high school with the stuff I listen to. I'm way stoked to hear you like Northstar! That's rare. They've held up for me more than their peers in TBS and Brand New in some ways. Underrated. Cheers:)
@@RiggedandReady I still love old Taking Back Sunday (first 3 albums especially). BR& NEW (remember that shirt logo?) not quite as much. They lost after Deja Entendu and even those first 2 albums aren't that good to me anymore
@@steveprefontaine5977 Plus their last 2 albums are really great after re-envisioning themselves (If There Is a Light & Hell Is In Your Head). Are the genre-defining like their early albums? No, but very few bands/musicians get to make that kind of impact-and when they do, it only ever lasts for a few albums at most.
@Ryan_hey yeah seriously, most bands gets poppier and more accessible as time goes on and it seems SF did the opposite, each album got heavier which i liked. Also feels like Buddy has changed a lot since SF beginnings, (he seems happier now so good for him.) I'd also argue every album has at least one 10/10 track on it l but for me LINAW rooming was they're last perfect album. But each album is enjoyable in their own ways.

This is when Senses Fail was awesome and it looked like they were gonna really blow up. Then everyone left...Now they're just not the same.

They need the original lineup back
I mean they did blow up, 3 solid albums is no easy feat
