Normally it does when I got out I was at 90% then I had a appointment I never got a letter for and my percentage got dropped to 60% so key thing make sure u always go to ur appointments
Still waiting on VA Archives to send me my medical records from being hospitalized in basic training over 30 years ago… everything was paper back then, sadly. Hoping something will come soon??

The VA was supposedly pulling medical records from my civilian but I really have no ideal what the VA got to support my claim. The VA process is very confusing to follow.
Well the pandemic has definitely slowed the process and that’s understandable. Claims are backed up. I have claims increase and new ones submitted as well but it’s a matter of having patience. It’ll all work out. Trust the process
Best method is to fax your claims or any info you would normally mail. Immediately after faxing you will receive an auto-reply fax indicating that the VA have received your fax with an ID#.

Although I was awarded a couple of claims, I am still waiting on several additional ones. My VSO tells me I shouldn't submit any additional evidence while my claims are going through the process because it can slow down my claims. He said I should wait for a denial, and then submit a supplemental claim. I also have one claim that I would like to request a higher rating for. The VSO tells me I should wait on that too until the other claims get processed. My fear is that I'm running out of time on those and need to get it in within the year. Are you finding that waiting is helpful, or should I just go ahead and file the supplemental claims, and submit the additional evidence on the pending claims? Thanks.

Great video and great info; question - instead of submitting hardcopies evidence to the intake center, can you submit the 20-0995 on line along with digital copies of the 21-4138, 21-10210 and medical research?? this would save time.
Haven't seen that option online.But you can fax them to the "Evidence intake center" for them to be promptly received.Its equally the same as submitting them online.
What if your VSO put in Vietnam for place of incident but your VSO knows that you were never in Vietnam and says I told her to put it in. She filled in all the paperwork and I never saw it until I got my C file just a few months ago and I called her on it and just like that she remembered clearly that I said to do that and blamed me, almost a full year later. Plus she filed a supplemental claim without my knowledge or consent. Any ideas what I can do to clear this up and my name since she made me look like I lied to the VA. any help would be appreciated thanks
I have had 2 heart attacks the last one I had open-heart surgery I filed my claim on April 2nd, 2020 I had my final exam on June 22/ 2021 and I still have not received any decision I think they are just hoping that I will die so they do not have to pay anything out I am 76 years old and a Vietnam Veteran

Would you recommend mailing buddy letters to the VA over filling them on ebenefits? If so why?

Shit I tell the va doctors an they never put it in my records.
Send them a secure message online thru VA health and send va a copy of it
If that doenst show up in the records then send the same message to your primary care doctors at VA and add For Your Awareness Only
My claim was denied without me being allowed to be given a chance to take a C & P EXAM.
Then you didn't have enough evidence to support your claim. Your not automatically get a C&P exam
