This is a story many outside of SD, don't know about.
    Sagon Penn!
Brother held it down, defended himself and was Rightfully found not guilty.
I just wish he would have moved out of San Diego and created a new life.
    Rest in Power.

Cops back then used to beat up people all the time for no reason.
Sagon fought back but it still ruined his life.

Great interview Curtis. I had one of those jackets. LTD stood for Limited. It was LTD and then it was Wrecking Crew. But it all happened around the same time or at least there wasn’t a huge gap.

Absolutely Bishop! You are from those days with West Coast and definitely know. I remember you guys wearing those bomber jackets. I know Ltd stands for "limited" but thought it meant something else with you guys. And thanks for confirming Wrecking Crew, Mafia Crips and LTD were all within a very small window. Give you a call this week to catch up!

Back in those days, you could still drive with people in the back of the truck. They were all coming back from Sunday at the beach, it was right after we graduated from High School. One of my teammates was there, he didn't like me much but he's a good guy. Everyone knows what it is coming back from the Beach on Sundays, you're out to have fun. Crazy to make it damned near home and have that happen. Every week, some BS with pop off! Then I remember my dude, Prentice Byrd and some of his boys getting caught up doing a home invasion. I'm like "Happy go lucky ass Prentice???? WTF!!!" Then more and more and more burnt out Strawberries and homeless, Greedy Coke Smokers. AWFUL TIMES!!!
