I love the videos where you find someone in a different region and talk about their practices and lore compared to your knowledge of Silesia or NW Germany!
I want to find European historians, genealogists, and those that study culture, religion, and folkpractices and hear about which people in different regions mixed in certain centuries and how political or religious struggles change that - like your note about Dutch and Lower Saxon practices and lore diverged after the early 1900s due to war.
