To think,Atlantic City,in New Jersey,could have pulled a Blackpool,but they scrapped their trolleys in the 1950's! Ironically,NJT,has built,and extended other trolley,or now,Light Rail lines,in other parts of the state! No body learns from others mistakes and miscalculations!
