When I would use epoxy on a rad or heat exchanger etc. I would plug all the holes a pull a vacuum on the unit to try to pull the epoxy further into the crack. Don't know how much good it did but I thought it might have helped.

Def a good idea , just too many holes to plug on this one ,, but anything helps for sure! 😊
